Welcome to the Seven Oaks Suite. A private one bedroom apartment only five minutes to App State and downtown Boone. Located within walking distance of the Fairgrounds Raceway, and only two miles from Brookshire park & Booneshine Brewery. We're close to just about every part of Boone, but tucked away enough for a quiet stay. We've stocked the apartment with everything we love when we travel; a Roku tv, microwave, coffee bar, tasty treats and firepit outside!

Ski Weekend
Great place to stay for our ski race weekend in the area. The place is very clean and plenty of room. The owners are amazing too.

The apartment is underneath the house and it very nicely updated. The cookies were such a nice touch and delicious! I didn't see where they were from but they were very good. It's close enough to town to get around by car but removed enough to be very quiet.

Great weekend getaway!
We came to town for a festival and had a great time. The place was well manicured and the owners left cookies. Nothing like grabbing a great cookie before going to bed.

Perfect Studio Apartment
Shannon’s place was perfect for the 3 of us and it had all that we needed for a long weekend in Boone. The cookies and coffee was a nice touch and much appreciated! The apartment was clean and very comfortable! We were gone early each day and came back after dinner at night but enjoyed using her place as home-base. Her place is easily accessible to local area attractions but private. Shannon was very easy to communicate with and no issues. We will definitely be back to stay!

This is a very nice apartment. The finishing touches added from the hosts were great. Having a Keurig AND delicious treats made waking up each morning easier. We were gone every morning pretty early, and home after dinner time every night. The apartment fit perfectly into our stay and was a nice central location for us to explore the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay again.

Cute, cozy cabin!
Shannon was such a warm and welcoming host from the beginning! Her initial email was inviting and informative—clearly letting me know what I wouldn’t need to worry about brining. Super cute cabin. I got to enjoy casting my work training on the smart TV, check out an inspiring coffee shop they suggested, and hit the slopes! I didn’t know Boone was such a cute little town! I’m glad I go to stay in this cozy gem & experience it :}

Hello! We're Shannon and Mike. Two newly weds who fell in love with Boone in 2019 and have lived here every since! We bought a former duplex, that was turned into a Frankenstein single family home and returned it to its former glory (and then some!)

We live in the unit upstairs and have renovated the apartment below to be a fully functioning cozy hideaway for guests to enjoy! We once upon a time ran a bed and breakfast in Moab Utah and fell in love with hosting and serving visitors, we're so excited to be at a space we can do that again!
