Our mountain house has 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, and a romantic free standing stove, comfortable beds. It has a spectacular view and is 5 minutes from downtown Boone, gated community. Wireless internet and cable with movie channels. The kitchen is fully stocked with all items needed to make you feel at home. It has a washer and dryer for your laundry needs and air condition. The neighborhood is gated great place to walk with nature, mountain views, and a pond. During the winter months you will need 4 wheel drive or all wheel drive.

Our oldest daughter went to ASU and we fell in love with Boone. We purchased the property and have been enjoying it with our children and grandchildren ever since. Unfortunately, we cannot make it to the house as much as we would like to, so we have decided to share it with others who have fell in love with Boone.
