This studio is spacious and cozy. We loved the thoughtful decor and comfortable bed. The location couldn't be better, we did not have to move our car all weekend in that everything is within walking distance. We really enjoyed our stay and will be back!

The host was great! He responded quickly to all my questions during the stay. The rental is updated with nice decor and is equipped with a very comfortable bed. For all the ladies out there the bathroom has a large countertop for your toiletries, accessories, and has ample space to get ready each day. The location is fantastic! Within walking distances of so many shops, restaurants and antique stores. I highly recommend this home away from home!

Truly perfect for our stay! Located right at the edge of downtown, parking was great, and check in was easy. The place was just as described/pictured- spacious for two and extremely comfortable. Only thing to note is that sound travels quite a bit between this unit and the unit downstairs, but evenings were quiet and overall we weren’t bothered. Definitely recommend- we’d happily stay here again!

This is a nice studio apartment, well furnished and very clean. But it's real selling point is its location. Although sort of hiding behind a sign shop, it's right in the heart of Boone, within walking distance of many good restaurants and breweries. David is a good and friendly host and was quick to respond to my inquiries. My wife and I appreciated his tips on where to hike.

Wonderful stay

Me and my wife love Boone and this was truly the Urban Oasis we had been looking for. The space was super clean and relaxing. You wouldn’t even know you were staying on the Main Street in town given how quiet it was. David is an incredible host. We can’t wait to come back and stay here, again.

Mother daughter trip
