Welcome to FOCO! The private third floor balcony with Horsetooth Mountain views from your private balcony and easy access to Fort Collins' bike paths that'll take you anywhere around the city. The primary room is complete with a memory foam king mattress so you can rest easy on your trip! The kitchen is also fully stocked to prep meals or explore Old Town for a night out and a great atmosphere just 1 mile away. Everything you need is right here! This tri-level townie was designed with your comfort in mind. Our kitchen has everything you might need and our check-in process is smooth sailing! We have designated parking behind the home for one vehicle and ample street parking for your friends and family. If you need anything during your stay, our property management team is always prompt to respond.
