With a short stroll, enjoy Boat Charters, Water Sports, Shops, Restaurants, Bars, and Nightlife up and down the famous Duval St.
GUEST ACCESS
This is a private condo with two exterior doors; one for the Master Suite and a second for the Guest Suite. Once inside the two join with a lock-out door for privacy.

This Time-Share Condo (unit A&B), has been in our family for over 40 years from the time it was being built. It is a high-point for us every year. Unfortunately, our family has grown and we don't all fit; therefore we are hoping someone else can enjoy the condo this year (2023) while we take our herd to a larger rental somewhere.

Why they chose this property

This was actually a gift to my mom for their 20th wedding anniversary. Mom and Dad have loved this location, sharing it with friends and family over the years.

What makes this property unique

The location is probably one of the best on the entire key. It is located right on the North-West corner overlooking both the ocean and the marina where some of the most spectacular boats and yachts come when visiting the keys. The balcony and Master Bedroom face North East so you get beautiful sunrises with warm light, AND cool shade in the afternoon.
