Why they chose this property
This is my childhood home, and has been in our family for 30+ years. My brother Tripp and I bought it from our parents and completely re-imagined every room to make it the perfect getaway for your stay in Lexington. The home is welcoming and comforting, and we know you will enjoy every minute you spend there.
What makes this property unique
Our house is located in the perfect spot. We are close to everything in and around Lexington. It's an easy drive to Keeneland, UK, Rupp Arena, and Downtown. It's also a great spot as a home base if you are visiting Distilleries.
It has multiple great areas to relax and socialize throughout. The living room has 2 Italian Leather Sofas, and it leads to the indoor/outdoor sitting area out back. The game room has a full size pool table, a 65" TV, and a vintage Popeye arcade game. There is plenty of space around the huge island in the kitchen to enjoy a glass of wine or bourbon and spend time with family or friends.
It has multiple great areas to relax and socialize throughout. The living room has 2 Italian Leather Sofas, and it leads to the indoor/outdoor sitting area out back.
