About this property

3 minute walk to the beach, 2 pools and a hot tub, private beach!

Located at the prestigious gated MAINSAIL RESORT we have 700 FEET OF DEEDED BEACH! Our private townhouse has two pools, hot tub, work out facility, tennis courts, pickle ball courts, and many other amenities! Some new appliances and a remodeled kitchen, modern look! Parking for 2 overnight vehicles per booking.

Find yourself shopping across the street at the Outlets with a variety of restaurants and dining in the area as well!

This modern condo has enough room for your family and more! 2 bedrooms with king beds, one of the two with a single bed and pull out trundle - both with attached en suites as well as private balconies. Upstairs there is an additional loft "bedroom" with a queen bed and 2 SMALL bunk beds for children under 10 built into nooks with privacy from the queen! Paddle boards available with a waiver and deposit.

We have a washer and dryer in private laundry room that is part of the townhouse. Comes with laundry detergent and a decent space to do your laundry.

Crab Island Adventure weekend

Convenient, large property. Plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms. Well kept and pretty property. Quiet and friendly. Owner is superb with communication, instructions, etc. Incredibly friendly and felt very prepared and welcome.
