About this property
Mountain getaway in Black Mtn/Close to Asheville - PET FRIENDLY
Secluded quiet mountain house with easy access to town and trails. Great big backyard space (fenced) for enjoying the outdoors and our quiet home. 20 min drive to the Biltmore and downtown Asheville along with the local brew scene. Nestled at the base of the mountain, less than a 5 min drive to the quaint town of Black Mountain to visit all the local shops, groceries and dining, minutes to Pisgah Brewing, Ridgecrest Conf Center and Montreat College. Close to trails and biking distance to Kitsuma.
3 Bedroom, 2 bath house with open concept kitchen and living space. Pet friendly, but we charge a $75 fee for one pet. Additional pets may be considered for an added $25 fee per pet (Please let us know when bringing more than one pet).
We have a strict no-smoking policy inside the home. Violation of this policy will result in a $200 fine.
