Fully redecorated in September of 2021 - brand new furniture, TV's and more! This two bedroom corner unit is our largest unit in the entire building, featuring 1288 square feet of living area. The floor plan offers tiled flooring, a cozy two-sided gas fireplace in the living area & master bedroom, nice dining area, and a mountain view from the balcony. The property provides a large master bedroom with a king-sized bed, and stays cozy with the fireplace. Other property features include a washer/dryer, stainless steel appliances and one underground parking space. The building also offers a fitness room, free ski concierge service and a lobby with a fireplace and couches. All of the attractions of Main Street are just a short 1/2 block walk, and the Quicksilver Chairlift and the base of Peak 9 are right across the street.

First class experience. Property located in historic district of Breckenridge. Easy to everything
Could not have been easier. Check in took 5 minutes. Check out took less. Very accommodating. Property was beautiful and exactly what we imagined having seen the pictures. Look forward to renting it again.
Management and location were awesome!!!
Beds were absolutely horrible. Back door didn’t lock and kept popping open. Side lamp in master didn’t work. The condo was kept really hot. Fans desperately need dusting.

Everything was great at the place but the heat! It was cranked so high we couldn’t sleep. Thermostats didn’t change anything. The custodian didn’t know how to change it either
Cant recommend this apartment enough. Walk to the lift and town. Underground parking makes life easy. Well-appointed to cook meals and lots of space.

Functional Unit
The place was functional, as it was close to everything. However, I felt the listing was deceptive as it showed views of the Dredge and lake, and a hot tub (Appeared as though it was in the unit)...neither of these things were true, which was disappointing. Also, the door to the garbage area is broken and animals regularly got into the garbage, which was unavoidable when walking into the building.
The unit itself, however, was as presented and very comfortable. It worked well for a family of 4. Anymore than that would be crowded, but for us it was great!

Thank you for your review. It is very important for us to ensure that all of our properties are as advertised. The patio view from this property is a town view, and our listing does not include an image indicating the dredge/lake view from the patio. All of our photos are also captioned so the guest knows exactly what the view is. This property is never advertised as private hot tub, instead we show a community hot tub photo and clearly indicate that in the photo caption. In regards to the garbage door area - this door is now working properly.

Everything about our stay at this property was great, and exceeded our expectations. Great value for price, and the included parking was great too. The only thing that could have made this property perfect would have been on-site check in, but it’s still not too far. Would stay again!!!
This condo was perfect for our ski trip.
Location was amazing. The lift was just across the street so no need to take the bus. This actually worked out better than many of the “ski in” properties that we have previously stayed in.
Ground level of the condo is a ski shop. This allowed us to drop of our skis in the evening to be tuned and grab them in the morning without going out of the way.
The condo itself was very up to date. Comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen.
We will definitely be staying here in the future.
My family and I had a quick getaway to Breck and chose this place because of its location and value. It was the perfect amount of space for us, very clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend!
This is a beautiful unit. It was well stocked and very comfortable. The location is great for parking the car and seeing the town on foot. It is difficult to find the entrance and how to get into parking so be sure to double check directions when checking in. It is a bit noisy as it faces a fairly busy street. This would not be a problem in the winter but during the summer with the windows open is is noticeable. Overall I was very happy with the condo and our stay.
Very clean, awesome location on Main Street next to great restaurants, larger than expected. Seemed more like a hotel than a traditional rental. Secondary bedroom quite warm in the summer. Best to call property manager rather than email. Overall, great trip for a great price.

Great condo but steamy heat
We stayed in Unit 210 in the Park Avenue Lofts for Spring Break. The unit was perfect in every way EXCEPT for the excruciating heat (even with all thermostats turned all the way down) which kept us from getting a good night’s sleep. We called the management company and were advised to open the windows which was not a good solution either (it became too cold).
The unit is large with plenty of space, great bathrooms and kitchen. The location to skiing at Peak 9 and close proximity to restaurants and shopping can’t be beat.
Please fix the heat situation in the building (the hallways were extremely hot too) and in unit 210.
