This beautiful 5-bedroom, 4.5-bathroom oceanfront island gem is ready to host both you and your dog for the ultimate beach vacation. Inside Turtle-ly Awesome, you'll find two spacious living rooms and an open, airy floor plan with coastal chic décor. The expansive open-concept main floor lets your whole crew relax together while enjoying the incredible ocean views. Upstairs, you will find an additional family room with puzzles and games for every age, plus a basket of books and toys for our younger guests. There is also a 4-person Atari pong table featuring 8 throw-back games for a nostalgic trip down memory lane! Every bedroom includes a smart TV and balcony access! Outside, in addition to the private pool, there are two levels of covered oceanfront decks, a tanning deck, an enclosed shower, and a private boardwalk over the dunes leading directly to the beach strand. The updated kitchen at Turtle-ly Awesome is well stocked! Amenities include a Keurig and standard coffee maker (basket filters), electric tea kettle, crock pot, 4-slot toaster, Ninja blender, hand mixer, small sandwich press, small pancake maker, and a cocktail shaker set.

New updates for 2026 include an updated kitchen and dining room! Quartz countertops and all-new appliances make meal prep a delight-- and the new dining table has room for 10! There is also a new gas grill outside for all your grilling needs. Other recent updates include fresh exterior paint and a larger outdoor shower, which includes a changing area.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature, to a maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

For guests arriving in an electric vehicle, the carport includes a NEMA 14-50 240V power socket, which is compatible with common travel chargers from Tesla, Ford, and others. Guests can take advantage of complimentary charging by bringing their own travel charger.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

This owner also provides bath towel sets (one bath towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy (12) for your convenience. Beach and pool towels are not included.

You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

All dogs deserve their day at the beach! This owner invites you to bring your canine family member along, up to 65 pounds. Your first doggie stays for free, and your second dog requires $500 per week in Doggie Dues.

This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
