SEASONAL RENTAL 2019/20 Season. $14,000. (Nov/Dec 1-Close of Ski season). Ski in, ski out condo overlooking the Sundance trail and magic carpet. Watch your kids come down the ski school trail from the comfort of your living room! Just a short ski run to South Lodge (Sunday River's main lodge). Watch scheduled mountain fireworks shows from your living room too! Cable tv & Wi-Fi are available in the condo and common area and coin operated washers and dryers are in the building. A ski locker is provided in the building. After a long day of skiing enjoy some time in the heated pool, hot tub and sauna. Restaurant in the building. Updated from what you see in photos, new sectional sofa and large flat screen tv. Freshly painted, new vanity, mirror and lights and coast closet. See 3D rendering for exact new Living Room décor. New photos will post when sofa is delivered.

Clean and well equipped condo in a great location for skiing.

Great 2 bedroom condo that is slope-side and part of the Fall Line condo complex at Sunday River. Travelled with my wife and 2 daughters (3 and 5) and it worked out great. Very convenient to the kids daycare and ski schools (5 minute walk, 1 minute drive). Was very clean on arrival and equipped with everything we needed, including the kitchen which has enough stuff to pull off some basic meals. It has some updates not included in the pictures including a large flatscreen TV and a sectional couch. Wifi worked great. Would be happy to come back in the future.
