Beautiful Big Lake Front House W/gorgeous lake views

It would have been helpful if Joelle had contacted me during her stay regarding these concerns. My property manager lives right next door and is available to address any minor issues immediately. We consistently maintain a very clean home and rarely receive complaints from guests. Regarding the deck, it is only five years old and is structurally sound. Because the property is directly on the water, the deck naturally weathers more quickly, which can make it appear older than it is. We do not have a lawn, so I believe the comments about weeds likely refer to the neighboring property rather than ours. I personally bring my three dogs to the lake house every time I visit and have never experienced any issues with their safety or with them using the yard. Additionally, the road has a 30 mph speed limit and is regularly monitored by the state police, so traffic is generally slow and well controlled. I wish these concerns had been brought to my attention during the stay so they could have been addressed immediately, rather than only after checkout.

Len never reached out to me during his stay or I would of fixed his very minimal problems. Not sure why Len gave us 2 stars instead of 5. We are on Air BNB also and have never had a bad review!! Always 5 stars!! The lake house is outstanding and I promise everyone would love it!!

Thanks for the response. We have stairs right to our dock for easy access to the lake. It is a lake front house right on water you can’t get any better access. Lydia I understand maybe hard for 80+ years olds. I have 3 young children 3,5 and 7 and it definitely is completely safe for children. Kids absolutely love the dock and lake house! Furniture on deck has been updated today. Thank you!! Dereck
