Great get away

Great place for families to get away to the beach. The place was clean and stocked with all the necessities. If you would like a getaway to the beach and are on a budget, this is the place to check out.

Great short trip

The property was incredibly clean and the beach supplies came in handy. The host was great to work with. The pool was huge and the girls loved being able to cool down after the walk back from the beach.

A super nice place to getaway at Fernandina.

The condo was conveniently located with easy access to the beach. It has all the quality amenities one would expect. It is just a five minute car ride to downtown Fernandina and has several nice places to eat w it thin walking distance. Overall a great place to stay.

It was a work / family mini vacation

We came down for work and needed a place to stay. While working wanted to take advantage of the beach for the holiday weekend This was in the best location for just that. The condo was clean and the neighborhood was friendly

Amelia Island Getaway

This is the first time we visited Amelia Island and we enjoyed it. I recommend this condo for the following reasons: 1) Very nice, quiet condo with pool/fishing pond 2) all the furnishings were new 3) included beach accessories 4) coffee/tea/snacks provided 4) centrally located to all activities 5) condo was spotless 6) owner very engaged.

Great Stay

Our visit to Fernandina Beach for a sad reason. However, the lovely accommodations helped make the trip a good bit brighter. Everything is brand new, bright, and clean! And the location - literally a block and a half from the beach and restaurants. We will definitely stay her again.

Escaping the cold

Comfortable & quiet. Very relaxing and easy to find and use all devices. The central location allows for exploration of the whole of the island. The sofa was a bit uncomfortable but the rest of the furniture, chairs, tables, etc. were very comfortable.

We can’t say enough about our stay! The unit is so tastefully decorated, clean and full of amenities and extras! Larry and Kristin thought of everything and easily reachable. Love the guest book - a nice touch. The location is perfect- close to everything. Enjoyed our morning coffees on the spacious and relaxing balcony. We will definitely be back.

Perfect Girls’ Weekend

Only 4 stars for cleanliness because there was not a maintenance rating opportunity. The unit was clean; just had a few overlooked maintenance items. Our stay was too short to worry about but did notify host of them to address before next guests arrive. Location was perfect! Well-supplied kitchen. Would stay here again.

Beautiful place, great for our girl's trip!

We had a wonderful stay! The home is beautiful, just as pictured online. Very clean and well stocked. Loved the coffee bar & other nice touches. It was great to have beach towels and other beach items available for us to use, so we didn't have to bring or buy those things. I would recommend this home and host to anyone wanting to stay on Amelia Island. The location is excellent and the complex very nice, as well. Larry always responded quickly to any inquiry and checked on us during our stay via the Vrbo app to make sure we were comfortable. Thanks again!

Amazing home

We have stayed in Amelia Landings many times in other condos over the years. Larry's home was above and beyond the best condo experience we have had in the area. The condo was beautifully decorated and the color scheme was so relaxing the moment you walk in. The master bed was extremely comfortable. We were very impressed with the how the kitchen and coffee bar were stocked and the snacks added a little touch of home. We are already planning our next visit. Thank you so much for your hospitality and kindness!

Great Weekend Getaway in Amelia Island

The unit is beautifully appointed with new furniture and bedding. It is a bit of a stair climb to get up to the top floor where the unit is situated, but it is worth it. The condo is located down the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants. It was large enough to accommodate our family of 3 adults and 1 child and provided enough privacy for all. The large porch was peaceful looking over the trees. The hosts communicated with us every step of the way. We encountered no issues or concerns throughout our weekend stay and thoroughly enjoyed Amelia Island.

We love Amelia Island! After traveling here year after year, we finally decided to take the plunge and buy this small condo. We look forward to sharing Amelia Sea and Sands with others so that they can enjoy as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

When you turn onto the private driveway, you immediately feel relaxed as you drive under the canopy of beautiful green trees. This complex, Amelia Landings Racquet Club, is well maintained and is a great respite from the hustle and bustle of an urban city. Located right down the block from the beach. This location is nearly the center of the island, which means that everything is within a short distance.

What makes this property unique

Beautiful, quiet, serene and with a few extra amenities (pool, tennis court), this is a great place to spend time!
