117 Greens es una Villa Greens de dos dormitorios, para no fumadores, bien equipada, ubicada en Shipyard Plantation que viene con DOS BICICLETAS y un CASILLERO DE PLAYA. 117 Greens es una de las villas más cercanas a la playa dentro de los Greens y está a solo 5 minutos a pie o en un corto paseo en bicicleta usando una de las dos bicicletas de playa amuebladas.

Hemos sido propietarios de la villa durante 17 años y la hemos actualizado y renovado constantemente cada año. Muchos de nuestros huéspedes regresan año tras año. Nuestras más de 100 reseñas de cinco estrellas lo dicen todo.

Dos características clave que no están incluidas en muchas otras Unidades Verdes son el BEACH LOCKER y el sistema KEYLESS ENTRY. No más cargar tus cosas todos los días a la playa o tratar de estacionar. Tráigalo una vez al comienzo de la semana y evite la molestia de estacionarse en bicicleta o tomando el transporte del carrito de golf que se encuentra a unos pasos de la puerta principal. El casillero es lo suficientemente grande como para sostener sus sillas de playa, tablas de surf y juguetes de arena.

La villa tiene entrada sin llave y es de gestión privada. Como resultado, no tiene que esperar en largas filas para registrarse y recoger las llaves; Puede comenzar sus vacaciones inmediatamente cuando llegue a la isla. ¡No más preocupaciones sobre quién tiene la llave!

Los baños y la cocina fueron remodelados recientemente con nuevos gabinetes y encimeras de granito y una estufa nueva y un lavaplatos ultra silencioso. La cocina está equipada con todo el equipo de cocina necesario, incluso una olla gigante para hacer hervir los camarones de campo bajo.

Perfect

We absolutely loved our stay last week. The townhouse is fully renovated and gorgeous. The kitchen had everything we needed to make dinner, the beds were comfortable and it was super clean. The beach locker was a life saver with two kids. We were able to ride bikes (less than 5 mins) up to beach everyday rather than having to park and lug our stuff to beach each day. Alex was a great host. He communicated prior to the trip, checked in during the week to make sure everything was okay and even answered a random number when my son locked us out with both of our phones inside.We will definitely be coming back! It's one of the nicest homes we've stayed at in Shipyard to date.

Beautiful condo very close to the beach

Host was a great communicator who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. We loved the short bike ride to beach access and the location within Shipyard was so convenient to restaurants and shopping as well! This was a great hike base for a wonderful vacation!

Beach Week

The property was clean, very well detailed and had all the amenities that you would need. Location was excellent with a short walk to the beach. Access was easy. Our hosts were easy to communicate with and responded quickly to any questions and inquiries we had.Only downside was congestion at Hilton Head over the Memorial Day weekend. We had significant difficulty finding places to eat that didn't have long wait times.This is a general comment about the area and in no way reflects the stay we had at the property.

Excellent Property With Some Standout Features

This is our third time in Hilton Head staying in the Greens in Shipyard and this unit is now our favorite. Proximity to the beach doesn't get much better as well as the view from the deck overlooking one of the course greens. The unit was clean, comfortable and quiet. This unit has a couple of things that make it a standout over other units that we have stayed in. 1) The deck faces north so you can sit out on the deck anytime of the day and not have the sun beating down on you. While we love a sunrise/sunset facing view but they can make it too hot to sit outside at certain times. Not so with this unit we had breakfast, lunch and dinners outside. 2) The use of a beach locker. This was more valuable than we anticipated since we spent a lot of time at the beach. We stored our chairs and umbrella in the locker and grabbed them when we got to the beach. We essentially walked to the beach with our towels and water bottles. This is a feature that we have not had in the past and it was really great. Communication with the owners was excellent - it was clear they wanted to ensure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. Will are planning to return next year.

Absolutely Amazing!

We had the best week. We love staying at this property and wouldn't stay anywhere else. Alex is always very responsive and helpful and everything is always very neat and packed with amenities! It is a great home away from home in our happiest place on earth!

OUTSTANDING Villa in Shipyard area

What a terrific Villa in Shipyard! We were in town for the wedding at the pavilion in Sonesta. This villa is very close to the beach so if you're looking for close - without paying for "on" the beach - this is a great choice. Sitting on 6 green of the Galleon course at Shipyard Golf Club, it offers a beautiful setting looking out the back. Even through all of the rain & cloudiness during the week of our stay, it was a lovely view. The villa is clean, nicely appointed, and very spacious! It offered everything (and more) that we needed. The master bedroom was roomy with plenty of storage in the dresser & walk-in closet. The bed & pillows there were divine! The mattress was comfy and having extra pillows is perfect! The second bedroom was very roomy as well. The kitchen & dining area both look out to the back or the front (from the kitchen) as well if you're standing/looking that way. The office off to the kitchen was perfect for us as we worked remotely during our trip. Wifi worked very well. Half bath (downstairs) was nice to have as well. The living room was comfy and great for relaxing in the evening. The villa and Shipyard area are close to many restaurants and shopping in the area as well. The communication from the owners was OUTSTANDING!! They offered complete information about their place and communicated with us from shortly after our booking through our stay and beyond! We HIGHLY recommend this villa! Thank you to the owners for a wonderful stay!

Beach Stay in July

We had a great time in Hilton Head. The condo was an easy walk to the beach. It was very clean and communication with the owner was friendly and easy. The condo was very spacious and even had a pull out couch, but we didn't need it. Lot of kitchen essentials, nice bathrooms. We really appreciated the washer/dryer bring upstairs. Over all it was a great stay.

Family vacation

Condo was awesome, I would say one of the best stocked condos we have stayed in! Owners were very easy to work with, and communication was great. The beach locker was such a plus, we didn’t have to carry our beach gear every day. Hilton Head is one of our favorite vacation spots, we come often, and would definitely love to stay here again.

Very Nice!

We have visited HHI for years now and most of those stays have been at Shipyard, and specifically at The Greens. We really love the proximity to the beach (short walk or bike ride), etc. Although we have had lots of great experiences, our stay at 117 The Greens was one of the best experiences we have had. The updates, the beach locker, the bikes, and the fantastic hosts, made this a wonderful experience! Overall, the villa was well equipped, clean, and updated (definitely as advertised). The hosts were very friendly and checked to ensure everything we needed. Overall, great experience!

Wonderful Hilton Head Condo!

Our family was very pleased with this Greens condo. It was close to the beach, had a nice view of the golf course, clean, decorated nicely, and had a kitchen that was well equipped! Alex was very helpful answering questions and offering restaurant suggestions. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo and location!

Our family of 5 stayed here. Great condo-10 minute walk to the beach. Spacious and right on the golf course. We loved watching the golfers. Plenty of room-really liked the upstairs/downstairs set up. Clean and comfy beds. Alex was a good communicator. Beach locker was a bonus. Would go back! We love Shipyard!

Well appointed condo in great location

Not only was the condo super close to the beach and had lots of beach gear in the locker on the beach, it was full of all the things you need but are never included such as full size dove soap, loads of toilet paper, tide, Sarah wrap, sandwich bags, aluminum foil, tons of spices, flour, sugar and olive oil. I was able to make French toast with vanilla and cinnamon from the condo. It had several laundry baskets to organize dirty and clean clothes. It also had the little shelf with the phone plug ones. The owner was so nice to work with and made the whole process so easy. The instructions even came with restaurant recommendations.

Great Stay!

This place was perfect for a family vacation. The quick access to the beach, the beach chairs, the pool, the condo, the grill all of it. Super convenient and nice! The owner was responsive when we had any issues (completely out of his control). Would definitely stay again!

Wonderful stay on HHI!

We LOVED this property. Having stayed at Beachwalk & several other properties, this was by far our favorite villa + location! Clean, modern, comfortable, & had everything we needed for the week. Alex is very easy to reach and responds quickly. We didn’t have any issues during our stay. Highly recommend!

Great location and great unit!

Love Shipyard! Great proximity to both beach and pool. Unit has lots of updates and we enjoyed the townhouse style with the bedrooms upstairs. Great communication from owner. It had everything we could need except a traditional coffee maker with pot (Keureg only). Would stay again.
