Our Villa is at the front of the Beachwalk neighborhood (#107), which has the best and quickest beach access of any condo complexes in the Shipyard community. It’s only a short (5 minute) tree-shaded walk along the beach path to the Shipyard Beach Club and to the Atlantic Ocean. It is across the street from the Sonesta Beach Resort, the Van der Meer Tennis Center, and 27 holes of championship golf. It’s just a short walk to the Beachwalk community pool. Shipyard has two gated entrances providing quick access to everything on the island. Your booking includes a Shipyard Gate pass. An additional pass is available for a $25 fee, just ask at your time of booking.

This one level, first floor open concept living/dining area is perfect for gathering and relaxing. Dine inside or out on the elevated deck overlooking the lagoon and glimpses of the golf course. The master bedroom has a king bed, flat screen TV, and private bathroom. The guest bedroom has a queen bed and flat screen TV. The second full bathroom is off of the hallway.
Plus, your pup is welcome to join you!

Very nice, clean and comfortable accommodations. The open floor plan was nice. There was a golf cart shuttle to the beach that was helpful. Cliff was very responsive and replied quickly regarding any questions we had. I recommend this property.

This had to be one of the best places we've stayed at on VRBO. It was clean, spacious, the kitchen and bedrooms were great, plenty of space for a dog, and the location to the beach was perfect. If we go back we'll be trying to book this place again.

The space was accessible, clean, and comfortable. Beachwalk is a great location, as it is the closest of the housing areas within Shipyard to the beach (a 5 minute walk, maybe, on a visible and straightforward path). Parking was easy, loved the deck and access to a grill and full kitchen (which was stocked with most everything we needed like pots/pans, dishes, etc.). It was great to be able to bring a pet, use the Beachwalk pool, etc. Cliff, the host, was communicative and kind! Overall a great say.

This condo was perfect! Great location to enjoy the beach and the pool. Deck was a tropical paradise.The decor was modern and clean. Beds very comfy. We were so happy to have our dog there too. The people in the complex were friendly and welcoming.
