This recently renovated first floor unit features 2 BR/1 BATH, living room, fully functional kitchen, private POOL(one of the few properties in the area with this feature), outdoor BBQ and FIREPIT. Conveniently located walking distance to the river, hiking trails, and mountain biking trails known as the Cartecay River Loop Trails. For those mountain bike enthusiasts we are also located approximately 30 minutes from Bear Creek and Pinhoti trails. This is a perfect place for a weekend mountain getaway to North Georgia or for an extended stay. Plenty of parking with easily accessible paved roads leading up to the property. Lots of parking space for vehicles, trailers, ATVs, and motorcycles.
