When booking I did not realized it was a franchise hotel, I thought it was a family owned hotel

Desk person was adequate and had a suggestion for dining when asked. Room as typical motel. Springy beds, stains on walls and baseboards, TV remote was not operational. This was a single night stay for us and it was one of the cheapest around so didn't expect much.
