A beautiful, newly renovated, dog-friendly unit at PierView Oceanfront Condos. Swell Life is ready for you to bring your pup, relax, make memories with family and friends, and enjoy all that the Outer Banks has to offer!

This two-bedroom, two-bath condo features a well-equipped kitchen, filtered drinking water (no bottled water necessary!), in-unit washer and dryer, cable (in the living area and master bedroom; second bedroom has a DVD player), Wi-Fi, and three flat-screen TVs. Enjoy spending time on the spacious 24' x 6' porch with beautiful views of the sound in the distance and a peek at the ocean.

Sleeping arrangements include a king-sized bed, queen bed, and twin bed. Linens (bath towels, washcloths, sheets) are provided.

The property offers easy beach access, outdoor grills, two outdoor pools (closed in the off-season), and a children's play area.

Please note that there are stairs to climb to get to the unit; however, there is a luggage lift in the building.

Bringing multiple vehicles? No problem! Plenty of free parking is available, with premium spots up for grabs on a first-come, first-served basis.

Swell Life is centrally located to many great local attractions, including the beautiful Jennette's Pier, the NC Aquarium in Manteo, Jockey's Ridge, Tanger Outlet shopping, Bodie Island Lighthouse, Coquina Beach, and off-roading and fishing at Oregon Inlet. Fine and casual dining, grocery stores, and much more are also close by.

Our stay at Pier View condos was absolutely wonderful! The condo was clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. Joe was an exceptional host—incredibly welcoming, responsive, and thoughtful throughout our entire visit. Every detail was taken care of to make our trip effortless and relaxing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would love to stay here again!

We had a great time. I wish we could have stayed longer. It was very comfortable with our dog. The host was very communicative and offered places to eat and visit. I wish we could have seen more of the area. The pools were perfect. Everything was very clean. It was nice to have dish soap and laundry soap. I didn’t think to bring it. The in-unit laundry was great. We will definitely be coming back. It was a great time!!

Over all this place is great. It is steps from the beach and the the 2 pools were great when we were done at the beach.With dogs this condo was a little much. There are 3 flights of stairs to go up and done. It is great for getting into shape!

Location was fantastic. Steps away from the beach. Location was clean, but superficial. There were dirty tissues and other items under 2 of the 3 beds. Overall we would stay again.

We had a fantastic stay at this location. Our sweet pet was welcomed and plenty of places for it to go out. The whole place was just excellent. Very clean. Had all the necessities. Host was excellent and very informative. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Highly recommend!!!!

we had a great time for a week! Check-in was a breeze, everything was as described and we lucked out on good weather the whole time. This property is in a great location right on the beach and it iwas so great to be able to walk our dog on the beach. A great central location on the Outer Banks to explore.

Wonderful pup friendly stay

Very close to the beach, great place to take the puppies for a walk and close to shops and restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay. The managers of the place were very nice and accommodating!

Nice / Relaxing stay

Great place for a getaway

Great condo! Centrally located to explore areas north and south of Nags Head. The condo was comfortable and the kitchen had all the tools we needed to make our meals during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Location

Loved our stay here in Nags Head. It was the perfect location, and the perfect size for our family, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for our long weekend at the beach. The owners were responsive to any communication and provided helpful tips, so that we could make the most of our stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Just what we needed

This condo had everything we needed and was a great location for everything we wanted to do. Thoughtfully laid out, comfortable, and just enough space. Parking, check in, check out, and communication was all easy. We are looking forward to staying here again!
