Can't beat for the price!
Cozy and very clean. May not have all the bells and whistles, but it met our needs and most importantly, it was extremely clean and secure.

Great long weekend in Little River
This condo worked perfectly for us, as we were joining family who had a home in Little River. The condo was bright, comfortable and clean. Although we didn't spend much time at the condo, the pool access was great to cool off and get some down time. Added bonus: the great bakery at the entrance to the condo development.

Honest opinion
It is a lovely condo. Clean and in a nice location. It is not far from the beach, shopping and restaurants. Nice quiet complex. Most of the condo was nice. However, the electric stove needs updated ( burners were in level) and also the beds are older and could be updated for a more comfortable stay. Would definitely stay again if updates were made.

Nice clean 2bd 2bth condo.
Be prepared to walk up 3 flights of stairs! Nicely furnished. Bed squeaks loud and there is mold on the ceiling in the master bathroom. Wasn't fun for someone allergic to everything. Overall it was worth the cost this time of the year.

Check to make sure neighbors are gone
This place was many problems, which I’m sure others posted but company probably removed. No hot water in kitchen. No extra toilet paper. Wasp nest on patio and the yes it’s screened but they still made their way in. Master bed is very squishy and rackety squeaks! If that doesn’t wake you when the air conditioner stops, that thump will.. Don’t get me started on the loud party neighbors next door. It’s all night with music & horrible screaming to hear. I wouldn’t have rented and won’t be back

We investigated the issues you raised and found that the hot water problem in the kitchen could not be replicated, as no issues were found during our inspection. Our standard practice includes providing a starter kit of supplies, such as toilet paper. We recommend guests bring additional supplies as needed for the remainder of their stay. Regarding the wasp nest on the patio, we have taken care of its removal. We strive to maintain a comfortable environment and regret any inconvenience this may have caused. We will also review the condition of the master bed to address any necessary repairs and improve comfort for future guests. As for the noise from neighboring properties, while we cannot control the behavior of other residents, we do have a noise ordinance with designated quiet hours. We encourage guests to contact local authorities if noise becomes a concern. We value your feedback and will use it to make improvements. Thank you again for bringing these matters to our attention.
