This property is fine, however it was definitely not worth 2300 for two nights. Communications from host were terse and unwelcoming.Location to the resort was convenient, but it was not ski-out. There's a trail that returns to the complex, however, It should be noted that this condo is the very furthest in the complex from the parking lot and poolhouse. You cannot ski out, you still have to walk to the base area. Not a big deal in better weather, but definitely in zub-zero temps with many inches of snow fall. Two families with two young kids each could comfortably stay here, which is probably the only way you're getting a better value than staying at the Grand.

sorry you did not enjoy you stayed during holiday rates times and vrbo does take 25% in fees away and VT takes 11% so you have to keep that in mind. I do state in the listing this is ski home and it is but walk to or shuttle to lifts
We enjoyed our long weekend at Killington very much. It was what we were hoping for and more for a fun, relaxing and comfortable stay. Very nice place with everything you would need, great location, very easy check in and out.
This was a nice property to stay for my family’s spring ski trip to Killington. The townhome is a quiet end unit with a nice view of the forest and creek. It’s short walk to the Snowshed Basin area. The indoor pool and hot tub in the community building are a great place to relax after skiing all day.
Fantastic location minutes from the slopes and only a few more from everything else! Shops, stores, ski and board repair any and everything you need for an awesome week at Killington! We will be back!
This condo is a beautiful and relaxing place to stay. It was very clean, had all the amenities needed and was in a great location for hiking Killington. I highly recommend it!

Ok I have to say in 25 years and 18 vacation rentals never had a complaint about the height of the bed this bed cost over $3000 it is am amazing very expensive mattress that I get nothing but good reviews on why sleep on couch there are two other bedrooms makes no sense I am not understanding why they cannot operate the TV I am almost 60 and operate it just fine maybe they are super old I am not sure but not sleeping in the bed becuase it is too high??? never heard that one but they did give it a 4 so I guess it was not too bad.
Nice place, great location. East access to Killington. Very comfortable bed in the master BR!!Good space for an extended family. Kim was very communicative through the entire process,We did try to get back via the train to the back of the property -- very tough if there is a lot of powder! Better off taking the green trail to the parking lot.

yes beds super comfortable I get that all the time in comments there is no train back to the property so not sure what that means but want to be clear there is a bus
yes lots of snow that is a good thing
Great experience. Had trouble getting in at check in and host got right back to us. Place was clean and as advertised. Price was fair and all went well. Will definitely book here again if going to Killington area!
Unable to use the jet tub, mold and bugs. The rooms were very dusty leading my friend to an Asthma attack. Not enough toilet paper, soap was watered down, not enough towels. 1st floor bath tub didn’t drain. Host was not accommodating with the whole process. I never completed the booking process and was forced to stay in this place because we couldn ’t get a refund from the host.

Guest wanted a refund after booking this is retaliatory
I was there the day of arrival
The guests are liars I personally put 10 rolls of toilet paper out NO dust or anything like that I am
So tiring of renting on VRBO I have had a few bad guests lately that try to cancel out of the cancellation policy and then leave horrible reviews not fair to me everything the guest stated is incorrect other than they did decide they wanted to cancel and could not due to the cancellation policy of last minute cancellations too bad this has become the norm at vrbo now. So sad I have sold 5 of my rentals and working in many more sales since this is the “new” way of guests these days so sad!!!
Very convenient location. We took the shuttle to base lodge and skied home. Unit had everything we needed. Very comfortable. Kim was very thorough and helpful throughout the process. Would stay here again.
This unit is a nice size and was very spacious for the 6 adults that were there for a wedding. The walk down the path is not bad, except if you have an older person with you, but the privacy of the end unit is worth it!

yes much less noise in end units get an end unit or upper level unit for the best low noise level experience at trail creek
Trail Creek is very convenient to Killington (just a few steps away) and is ski-in. The condo was very clean and had 3 bedrooms and 3 1/2 baths which is rare. This condo was tucked away in the back corner which was nice. My husband and I brought our son and 3 of his friends and they had a blast. Great spot for families and convenient to everything at Killington.

yes it is very quiet in the back corner with no one above you or below you lower floor units can be noisy. the three bedrooms have no one above or below like this one so really nice and also are end units more light as well
yes we try to keep very clean
Weather worked out well for us with enough snow to enjoy the ski home trail. Saves time in getting older kids back together at the same time to drive home.House was awesome and cozy. This is the second time using the same owner. We rented one of their other properties a few years ago. The new electronic locks makes things a lot easier and would definitely inquire about renting the location again.
Great place near the mountain base with all of the comforts of home.
Our family enjoyed the unit, including the sauna. The kitchen is well stocked! Cozy family room with fireplace too. We had about a ten minute walk to the base but it was manageable. Great weekend and thanks Kim!
Trail creek is one oh the nearest location regarding the departure of ski lifts.
The appartment is of a proper size and well equiped.
The sauna offers e relaxation opportunity after skiing.

About the host
Hosted by Kim Dennis
I picked this unit for its convenient location for me to pilot my citation 2 at least once per month during the ski season from my home in Miami. There is a little bit of something for everyone at this mountain. Steep bumpy trails to easier green and blue cruisers. Convenient access on this side of the mountain with access to many bars and restaurants. You are right next door to the Killington Grand which has a nice spa for all types of services and a restaurant and bar.
Why they chose this property
I chose this vacation rental for its location and proximity to the Killington ski slopes. It is also very private with no one above or below me in the condo so no noisy ski boot noise from the above unit. It has a patio off the living room that opens up to a stream on two sides of the property. One of the ski home trails in my backyard access difficult if there is a lot of snow. If you would like further information please call. This unit is fully updated and is where I stay when I am in killington
What makes this property unique
You can ski home via the snowshed trail. There are two options: one that says trail creek that is a green easy trail all the way to the bridge that crosses into the Trail Creek complex. Be very carful at the bridge snowboarders like to build jumps right before the bridge. Otherwise this trail is easy to navigate. The other option is the ski home for wiffletree that is more of a blue trail not for steepness but is more narrow, it end up near my back door. But you must go towards the road a bit to cross the stream. DO NOT TRY TO CROSS the stream itself. All units are privately owned renovation vary DRAMATICALLY so please make sure you look at the pictures to get what you are looking for.
