We enjoyed our time down in Florida at this location. It was just as expected and the host was very helpful. Located very near stores/restaurants/Golf Courses. Would recommend to others and if the opportunity will be back.

The townhouse is lovely. Everything we needed was provided by the host. The beds are comfortable and the townhouse is exceptionally clean. Our grandchildren loved the pool. We wouldn’t hesitate to book again!

Two Week Stay

The townhouse was as advertised. Very clean, everything you'd need for a short stay or a longer one. It's perfect for two people, but could handle more. We've stayed in the area before so we knew it was a convenient location. We highly recommend Alex's townhouse.

Holiday with Family

Rented property to have a central location to visit with multiple family members. As soon as we walked in, we were impressed with the set up. Other than an issue with the bed in the secondary bedroom everything was fantastic and host was responsive to our questions.

This property was perfect for our family visit - I hope to stay again!

This property was perfect for a family visit. It had plenty of bed space and 2.5 bathrooms. I loved the updated decor and I loved having morning coffee on the pond-side patio. My family used the pool and it was great! The unit had everything we needed including bright fluffy pool towels Ü The neighborhood was quiet and neighbors were friendly. I definitely would try to book this property again on a return visit.

House was very clean and comfortable, exactly as pictured. Beds were very comfortable too. Beaches were about 35 min away. We went to Manatte Beach, just go early on weekends, parking is tough. Pool area was so pretty and clean (it is walkable, but we drove). Host was always responsive and pro active. We had a wonderful stay!

Bradenton stay

Nice clean space, Alex was responsive in a timely manner. The area and the complex itself seemed safe to walk around. However, the outside the complex it would be difficult to walk to stores and restaurants as they are too far from the strip. The strip is close though with plenty of various businesses nearby by car.

we live on anna maria island, and had to evacuate inland due to hurricane idalia. we were so fortunate to find sabal harbour, and it was a perfect sanctuary for us. the owner was so responsive and accommodating, and we really appreciated it. this townhome is beautiful and spotless, and the location is ideal for access to all the best this area has to offer. we highly recommend!

Property assesment

The place was just what we expected based on the description. It was missing a hair dryer but the host brought one the next morning. Was also missing a wine key, so we bought one. You might want to supply one for future guests. Baking sheet pans would also be nice. Those are very minor items. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in your lovely condo.

Beautiful!

An absolutely beautiful property in a perfect location. Near shopping, All sorts of restaurants, not too far from the beach, and fabulous surroundings. The condo was very clean. It would’ve been helpful to know that the pool was not right on the property. We had some trouble finding it. Also, the bathrooms need updating. One bathroom had very limited water pressure and the other bathroom should have had nonslip stickers or a bath mat. Both tubs should have bathtub grab bars. But overall, I would recommend this spot to anyone including families with kids.
