Location is centrally located for beech, restaurants, and Marauder’s ballpark. Home is perfect - 5 star accommodations (all you need to cook-in or dine out). Tastefully decorated and awesome beds. TY

Loved it!!!

Very comfortable home in a quiet neighborhood and close to everything including downtown River Walk and the beaches. Super cute decor, very clean and a well equipped kitchen. We would defiantly stay here again!

Great stay

Wonderful small house with lots of space. Clean, light, newly furnished. Set back from street. Surrounded by other small homes, but quiet. Access to Bradenton center and Bradenton beaches, with grocery stores and restaurants nearby. It was ideal for our needs.

Very pleasant stay!

My wife and I were attending a wedding in Anna Maria Island and chose this house versus staying at a hotel. As soon as we walked into David's welcoming house, we knew we made the right decision. The house was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. The location was great - quiet and very convenient to beaches, stores, etc. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay and we wouldn't hesitate to book the house again.

One of the best rentals I have ever been

This beach house is amazing. Functional and beautiful! The house looks better IRL than in the listing pictures, I we appreciated the attention to detail the hosts put in decorating and equipping the home. We will definitively try to come back to this place if possible. Beds are super comfortable, the bathroom has an amazing shower. Lovely stay overall! We loved it!

We were in town for a tournament and wanted to stay somewhere that could accommodate our family of 4. This ended up being perfect for us! The house was spotless, well organized, beautifully decorated, and felt bigger than it actually was because of the high ceilings in the living room. We had everything we needed in the kitchen, were happy to have access to a washer and dryer and appreciated the outdoor shower area when we'd return from the beach with sandy feet. The hosts were kind enough to provide a list of recommended restaurants when we asked and any instructions they had regarding the property were very clear and easy to follow. They even had a welcome gift waiting for us when we arrived! The neighborhood was nice and quiet and allowed for easy access to sport venues, the beach and the Riverwalk. If we're ever in the area for future tournaments, this will be the first place we attempt to book.

Wonderful property

The photos don't do this property justice. It has been meticulously renovated with the design details very well appointed. The house is bathed in light all day long and is larger than it looks. The space between the bedrooms creates a lot of privacy. All of the appliances are brand new and modern. It feels like the pinnacle of Florida living in such a tidy little bungalow. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of dining options and other FL activities nearby. We already miss our little FL home away from home!

The owners thought of everything. The place was immaculate when I arrived. The house is a lot bigger inside than it looks from the outside. It is in a great location, being 7.5 miles from the beach, a half hour from Sarasota and close to any store one might need for anything. I hope to stay there again.
