Please note that this listing includes an additional Agreement that applies to all guests staying at the premises. As part of the booking process, guests will need to complete a verification process before receiving any check-in information. The primary booking guest must provide a valid ID for identification purposes only. The primary booking guest is responsible for sharing the rental agreement with all guests, but only the primary guest must sign.

• Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the cabin and on the decks.

Here are answers to some of our most frequently asked questions:

Will there be plates, utensils, pots & pans, etc. in the cabin?

Absolutely! Our kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of plates, cups, mugs, utensils, a crockpot, and pots and pans for your convenience. We also provide a few courtesy items to get you started, such as 2 trash bags for the kitchen, 2 dishwasher packs, a small dish soap, and 1 roll of paper towels. Please note, per health department rules, we cannot provide spices, cooking oil, or other condiments.

Is there a bedroom on the main floor?

Yes, there is! You’ll find a comfortable bedroom with an attached full bathroom on the main floor, making it easily accessible.

Is there a grill?

Yes, there is a charcoal grill just outside the front porch. Please remember to bring your own charcoal and lighter fluid.

Are there appliances and a coffee maker?

Yes, our kitchen is equipped with a full refrigerator and freezer, microwave, stove, and oven. You’ll also find a Cuisinart Combo Keurig machine with a coffee pot combo (using cone-style filters) for your morning coffee needs.

Are sheets and towels provided?

Yes, we provide sheets on every bed. In each bathroom, you’ll find two sets of towels and washcloths.

Are pets allowed?

Unfortunately, no pets are allowed in the cabin at any time.

Are toilet paper and other toiletries provided?

We provide 1 courtesy roll of toilet paper per bathroom and bars of hand soap. Other toiletries are not provided, so please bring what you need.

Are there TVs and cable?

Yes, each bedroom, the living room, and the recreation room feature large HD smart TVs. Each TV comes equipped with YouTubeTV for live cable channels, as well as access to your favorite streaming apps like Netflix, Disney+, Hulu, and more. You can log in with your own credentials for added convenience.

Does the cabin have any games or activities?

Yes! The cabin boasts a pool table, air hockey table, and a Big Buck Hunter video arcade game. We also provide some board games and playing cards. Additionally, there’s a movie theater room with 12 theater-style seats and an 85” TV. And don’t forget the 10-person jacuzzi on the bottom patio, overlooking the mountains.

What are the roads like to get to the cabin?

The cabin is less than 10 minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. The roads are wide, paved, and well-maintained by the city, ensuring a smooth drive to and from the cabin.

Are there bears?

Yes, we do have bears in the area, and you might see them during your stay. They generally do not interact with humans, but please use extreme caution if you encounter one and do NOT feed them. Always supervise children outdoors due to the presence of wildlife.

Is the cabin close to nearby attractions?

Absolutely! The cabin overlooks the city lights of downtown Gatlinburg, just a short 10-minute drive away. You’re also minutes from the Smoky Mountain National Park and the new observation bridge, the largest in North America. Plus, it’s less than a 10-minute drive to the Ober ski resort.

Is smoking permitted?

No smoking is allowed inside the cabin or on its decks. However, you can smoke outside in the parking area, at least 15 feet from the building.

Additional Information:

• We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances, including COVID-19. Currently, there are no travel restrictions to our area, and our property will be ready for you as stated in the rental agreement. If you choose to cancel, the cancellation policy per the rental agreement will apply.
• Guest access: Your electronic door code will be provided to you the week before your stay, along with additional check-in instructions. Parking is available directly in front of the cabin and can accommodate up to 4 cars.
• Other things to note: Guests must provide a photo ID to the host and sign the rental agreement to comply with local requirements. Please remember that you’re in the Great Smoky Mountains, where there is potential for dangerous wildlife. While animals are typically scared of humans, please do NOT feed or interact with any bears. There are security cameras on the exterior of the home recording audio and video for your safety.
• The cabin is located in Phoenix Landing, a luxury vacation cabin development just minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Parking is available for up to 3 cars. A car is needed to get around Gatlinburg and the surrounding area, as rideshare services are very limited. The roads to and from the cabin are wide, paved, and maintained by the national park and city. In snowy conditions, the city is typically quick to clear and salt the roads.
