We rented the cabin for a family get-together for 10 people, four of them age 11 and under. The four bedrooms with king-sized beds were perfect for the adults in our group. Every bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. Super convenient for a big group. The kids loved the game room and the theater. The cabin is large enough that we were never stepping on each other. No noise or chaos from happy, active kids. Everyone had a wonderful weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay at the Funky Bear Lodge! The house was amazing ! The downstairs game room and theater room was one of the favorites for our group in the evening time. We traveled with 4 couples. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which was perfect. The house is very up to date and had everything we needed. The views are gorgeous! The quick trip down the mountain to town was easy and convenient. Zack, the owner, was amazing and very helpful ! I definitely recommend Funky Bear Lodge ! Thanks again, Zack!

We had an excellent stay over Easter weekend. The property is very clean, well stocked in the kitchen and tons to do for kids, old and young. Property manager was extremely responsive! And bonus, we saw a bear outside the place (on the street) two hours after checking in!

We were so impressed with our stay at the Funky Bear Lodge!! Lots of space for our whole family to relax, play games and enjoy time together. They have you covered for a relaxing get away with a big group! Our kids loved the game room, hot tub and movie theater! We loved being close to town but far enough away to enjoy nature! We loved the walking trails near the river and getting to see a few bears. We will absolutely be back!! Thank you Zach!!

We stay at a few VRBO’s every year and this one is definitely up there on the nicest & cleanest! Everything felt brand new still and so many amenities! Plenty of parking and only 8 minutes from everything. Quiet and great view too! All furniture felt higher end too. Loved it!

This cabin was amazing and perfect for our group. Our host was very responsive to inquiries about turning on some of the games and local recommendations for pizza. Everything in the cabin is labeled! There was no question which light turned on what, etc. The place was new so everything was exceptionally clean. Beds were comfy and we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this cabin!

The Funky Bear was lovely! Great location. You can be in Gatlinburg in about 5 minutes or take the bypass out to Pigeon Forge. The host, Zack, was great in communication. We enjoyed the entire cabin, especially the games and movie rooms downstairs. The cabin decorated for Christmas was the perfect touch to kick off the holiday season!

We loved our stay! Home was absolutely beautiful! We had 11 of us and was perfect in that there was so much to do and lots of space for everyone. We all enjoyed movie night and the game room. Patio was so nice/gorgeous view!

The property was amazing. The service was top notch too. We had to ask a couple questions and they responded immediately. We had a blast and made great core memories. We were there with our family ranging from mid 70s to 2 years old and it was perfect for everyone. We will definitely be back!
