We enjoyed our stay here so much! It made for such a special gathering place for our group. The owner was extremely kind, communicative, and helpful - we couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
The home was as described. It was a perfect location for our family reunion. The kitchen and dining areas were ideal for our group, and we loved the large patio with fire pit! There was ample parking and enough space for everyone. Thank you!
Fabulous property with a great location. Host was available whenever we needed anything - which we didn’t because the property had everything we needed.
We had our entire family (8 adults and our 7 grandchildren) for our annual vacation and it was an outstanding trip. The house was in great shape, well stocked and exceeded our expectations. A vacation that our family will never forget. The hosts were very responsive to any requests and checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. A wonderful vacation in a beautiful setting with views of Lake Tahoe!!!
We really enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our children and grandchildren to get together. Beautiful setting and wonderful location. Very well stocked home. The kids loved playing with the large amount of Legos. Highly recommend this property.
We had a dad's golf weekend up in Incline Village. The house was amazing! Very spacious with excellent space for watching TV and hanging out. Great outside firepit with a view of the lake.
The rooms were well appointed and everyone got a bed!
We're planning on coming back!
We had a lovely time. The house was as described. The beds were very comfortable and everything was in working order. We had three generations ranging in age from 87 down to 21. Everyone was comfortable and happy. The house was very well appointed with kitchen appliances including many small appliances we didn't expect. The only additional items I would suggest would be steak knives and a waffle iron. Everyone loved the house and we all agreed we would definitely request another stay if we are in the area again.

About the host
Hosted by James Meehan
We’re a family who understands the joy—and logistics—of traveling in a group. After too many vacations where someone got the pull-out sofa or had to eat in shifts, we wanted to create a space where everyone could relax, connect, and actually enjoy being together. Hosting is our way of helping families make memories in a home that feels effortless, elevated, and real.
Why they chose this property
Incline Village was the perfect mix of natural beauty and convenience. The lake, the skiing, the trails—those were a given. But what really sold us was how peaceful it feels without being remote. You can sip coffee on the deck with lake views, then be on the slopes or at the beach in minutes. It’s the kind of place that makes you slow down and stay present.
What makes this property unique
It’s rare to find a home with this much space that also feels so thoughtfully designed. Guests often tell us it’s the only place they’ve stayed where the kitchen actually works for a group, the bedrooms are comfortable for both kids and adults, and the layout just… makes sense. The lake views don’t hurt either.
