Offering breath-taking views of the Gulf, beautiful white sand beach, larger and more deluxe units than the norm and a top amenity package. The unit is beautifully and professionally decorated with all the comforts of home, including DVD/large (50' in living room) High Definition, Flat Screen TV's in every room, jacuzzi bath tub, granite counter tops, a full two bedrooms /two baths and an additional bunkroom (includes tv/dvd and a door on the room) which is great for the kids. Lighthouse offers a great location, within walking distance to numerous restaurants and activities.

Lighthouse offers two beautiful outdoor pools (one with zero entry and water spouts, indoor pool, 2 hot tubs, sauna, barbeque grills, fitness room, covered entrance/lobby, covered parking, and much more!

Note: We own two units in this building #505 & #805 (vrbo# 1099723), so tell a friend or relative and vacation together! They are identical units.

About The Owner

I started coming to Gulf Shores back in the early 1980's as a high school student with my family. I later introduced my wife, Dawn, to the area and she fell in love with it as well. We have two beautiful daughters, Isabella and Gabrielle. Since that time we have owned a number of condominiums in the area over the years. We currently reside locally in Craft Farms Golf community.

Why The Owner chose Gulf Shores

The Lighthouse offers several unique features that we love. It is two bedrooms plus a bunk room which enables us enough room and sleeping that we can even share time with our friends. It is a newer complex that offers a tremendous amenities package and is also walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops. With it being walking distance to the public beach, it is awesome being able to park and walk to the many festivals and events at the Hangout and "T".

Condo had a great location

Overall, the condo building was good! It had a great location and was clean overall. The condo itself had some wear and tear, but nothing was broken and everything was in working order. The pools were fine, just seemed a little dingy; like they should be cleaned more often with the amount of people using them. Gulf Shores needs more restaurants, as 2 hours wait times are common for dinner. The ocean here is fairly clear and you can see lots of fish, however it's more green and blue. Also, there were a lot of jellyfish! The owner of this condo was very responsive to any questions.

Very Satisfied and Will Be Back

This was our first stay in this condo and we were very pleased. We were in unit #805 Mike was easy to work with and made the arrival and departure simple. He told us we could arrive as early as 1pm and when we did, the cleaning crew was on their way out so we were able to go right in. The condo is spacious and modern. Comfortable beds, spacious balcony with comfortable furniture. For the price, it is one of the nicest we have stayed in. My only note is that the bunk room is quite small. I have two boys that are 6'0" and 6'4". They were a bit big for the bunks. Outside of that, everything was great.

With the new rules regarding removing everything from the beach each night, it is nice that Lighthouse provides a nice rack for tents and chairs. Also, I can't be happier with the covered parking. Getting in a cool car each evening is such a nice feature of this property. We were also in walking distance of The Hangout and downtown Gulf Shores. This made it easy to walk to town each evening.

We will certainly be back!

Spectaculat View and Location

Beautiful condo. We have stayed in this unit before and we will be back again. We really love staying at this condo and Mike, the owner, was very easy to work with. The condo is beautifully furnished and the beds are really comfortable. The extra bunk room is great too. This condo is located in a great part of the beach for restaurants and the amenities at Lighthouse are fantastic. This is the place to rent if you are looking for some fun in the sun!

Great view. Awesome, large unit. Many updates. Will be back!

I have stayed in Orange Beach and Gulf Shores many times over the last few years. This is perhaps the nicest you that I have ever rented. The beds were excellent, the bunk room was a great plus, the furniture was comfortable and plush and overall the room was in excellent condition.

Having the double pool is a real plus, in the hot tub never was overcrowded. I had two teenage children with me, and they were able to interact socially with some of the other kids that were renting in the area. Everybody was fantastic.

Having four elevators is it important amenity, one most people would consider renting in a condo unit. But when you're trying to get up from the beach, having four large elevators is a real benefit. Quite often, we didn't have to wait more than 30 seconds to get a ride.

The entire unit was clean, and we even arrived a little before the cleaning crew was done. They were very helpful, allowing us to put our luggage in the back bedroom. We then waited for them to finish at a local restaurant, and they sent us a text when they were done.

The location of this condominium is just fantastic. You are right down the street from key restaurants in the area. We walked miles and miles along the roadway, which is marked for pedestrian and bicycle traffic. Not once did we have any difficulty finding open parking spaces in the condominium.

The owner, Mike, was fantastic to deal with. I have rented from him before, and I know that he genuinely cares about his renters and their experiences. I will rent from him again.
