Unit 030 - Casa Del Mar - *New Construction* This is the gulf-front home you have been looking for for your next vacation on Alabama's beautiful barrier island. With water views from the front and back, this 4BR/4BA home with a king in the master, king in the 2nd bedroom, 2 twins in the 3rd, and Twin over Full Bunk with a twin trundle in the 4th bedroom accommodates 10 guests. Kitchen boasts spot lighting, granite counters, stainless steel appliances, breakfast bar for extra seating, and two wine coolers. Living room and bedrooms have mounted flatscreen tvs. Vessel sinks and spacious showers in bathrooms. The expansive covered back deck that runs the width of the house is where you will want to spend your mornings and evenings. Step down to the sunning deck and just a few more steps down to the Gulf of Mexico waterline!
No parties or events allowed at this location. Occupancy must be observed at all times. Primary renter must be over age 25 and must be present during the entire stay.

Everything was as advertised with this property. Great location right on the beach. Storm knocked out the internet but this was quickly resolved by the property manager. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to family and friends.

Large beautiful convenient house right on the gulf front beach

The house is beautiful with a convenient layout where each bedroom has an en suite bathroom. Living and kitchen areas are large and central that look out to the beach and gulf. Just walk down the deck steps and you are right on the beach by the water. The decor is appropriate and tasteful. We were very satisfied with the property and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home in a beautiful setting!

Dauphin Island is a magical place and this rental was perfect for our family getaway with our adult kids and grandchildren. Super clean with all the amenities. The property manager had everything ready for us and they were available if anything was needed. Pristine white sand beaches, lovely mom and pop shops and not overrun with tourists. Paradise! Hope to go back some day.

Yearly reunion with high school friends

Casa Del Mar provided an awesome week of fun for the four couples in our group. The house was well stocked and the beach access was excellent because of the short distance once you walked down the steps. Weather was great the entire week and it was especially nice because the beach was not crowded. Our group had always gone to Destin for many years and everyone wanted a change so we decided to give Dauphin Island a try and we were not disappointed. We are booked for 2025. Highly recommend staying at Casa Del Mar! Our group is lifelong friends who attended school in New Orleans.

Beautiful home on the beach

Overall great stay at the property! We enjoyed Thanksgiving and loved the huge kitchen and table for all of us to dine! You are so close to the water that you can fall asleep listening to the waves crashing. Plenty of space for my family and would definitely visit again. The only thing we struggled with was the wifi. Difficulty connecting and keeping a connection during our stay. I don't think you'd be able to work there consistently if you were remotely working. A full length mirror would be great somewhere too!

Wow! What a wonderfully beautiful home! It was so nice inside and out. To be able to step off of the porch directly onto your private beach and enjoy the ocean was so nice! This home has everything you could possibly want in a vacation home. It has beach toys, a sun deck, dinning area outside, a covered deck for rainy weather, a front porch with seating with a bay view and so much more. The inside has a perfect layout with a super spacious floor plan. It of coarse, has a beautiful view of the ocean from the kitchen, dinning, and living room. It is fully stocked with all of the kitchen items you need, the dinning room has seating for 8 and the bar seats 4 and the living room seats 8 and has power recliners! The living room and all of the bedrooms have tv’s (if you can bring yourself to stop staring at the ocean from the sun deck long enough to watch any of them). There is even a closet with games and puzzles. They really thought of everything in this beach house. Overall it is a complete 5 star home! We would highly recommend it and hope to stay there again soon!
