My place is a peaceful and spacious cabin-style house with large decks and a beautiful backyard view. The house is located in a nice and quiet neighborhood. You can rest and relax inside or hang out with your group in the serene outdoor space. You can cook your favorite meal in the fully-renovated kitchen or on the exclusive grill patio and enjoy it with your company. You will also enjoy easy access to everything, including grocery stores, restaurants, gyms, I85, and much more, from this centrally located place.

The house has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, loft that can be used as a sleeping space, kitchen, breakfast room, dining room, living room, a big balcony, and a grill patio next to the kitchen. The house gets lots of natural light through the several sliding doors and windows, as well as the sky-view windows.

There is a separate unit in the basement that is occupied and is not accessible to guests.

Mo is very communicative and quick to respond. Home was very spacious and tidy. Conveniently located to Atlanta (lunch on the beltline) Peachtree Corners, Duluth (Thanksgiving) and the Christkindl market in Lawrenceville. (Yummy restaurants) Nice master bathroom. Beds comfy. Great neighborhood. Good appliances. Pet friendly. Nice deck with wooded backyard. Will definitely stay here again.

Someone lives in basement

This is a nice house. Everything with it was good. I wasn’t thrilled that there was someone living in the basement. The very last line of the details of the house is the only place that that is listed.

My family stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect! My kids loved the view from the back porch. Walking into the house it was very clean and welcoming and Mo was super friendly and very easy to get ahold of.

Wonderful stay’

Gorgeous home in a beautiful neighborhood. The back of the home has a huge deck that overlooks a tree-filled area. We saw a few deer while we were there - so relaxing!The owner was very kind and helpful to us - even letting us check in a little early. I would highly recommend this home and would definitely stay here again!

Nice Stay in Lawrenceville

The property was as advertised; there were no significant surprises. The house was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Communication with the owner was professional, prompt, clear and friendly. The owner was a delight to deal with. I would not hesitate to contact this owner for future stays in Lawrenceville.

Good Home, minor complaints which can be fixed

Had a good time at the property, we stayed for 5 nights and its good. Couple of things to notice 1. Its not entire property there is people downstairs no issues with that but just adding a point, Its also listed in description about this 2.The Driveway has a high edge and the bottom of your car can hit it if you are not coming on certain angle, even a minivan can hit the driveway, unless you have a higher suv. This should be mentioned in the listing before booking and only 1 car parking on driveway. This info is given by the owner after booking. 3. Upstairs bathroom door lock is not there, its a shared bath between 2 bed rooms but only one side locks and other side can be opened and it might be embarrassing if someone walked in without knowing 4. Might need to add more towels or bath mats i in Bathrooms

Perfect Hidden getaway

My family and I had a great stay here. From the grand living room entrance to the beautiful kitchen or even the oasis of the master bathroom. It was all perfect including the huge deck to either enjoy your morning coffee or just to relax from everyone else lol. Great stay and will definitely be back.

We were in town for a tournament and stayed in the house for a week. Everything was great!! Very clean, nice amenities and a quiet neighborhood. Especially liked the fenced side-yard for our dogs. Host was kind, accessible and very prompt to communicate or answer any questions. Would recommend this property. Thanks.

Short stay

Everything was fine with the property. It was close to Dacula which was a good location for us. The drawback was the people living downstairs were noisy. Also, I didn't realize there would be other occupants when I booked.
