Our spacious 2/2 apartment sleeps up to 10 people comfortably and is the perfect destination for a weeknight concert crash pad, a downtown weekend staycation, wedding parties, family vacation, or an extended executive stay. Enjoy the luxury of a home away from home.
This million dollar apartment built in 1900 is perched above Bavaria on the first block of Palafox St downtown. The balcony overlook is the most coveted space during downtown parades and gallery nights. You’ll feel like royalty up in the gallery while the public meanders the street below. Entering through the courtyard Beer Garden on Jefferson St, you’ll come upstairs and enter the apartment into the luxurious and spacious living area. The mod posh style, tall ceilings, and original brick walls create a spacious and upscale homey feel.
The open floor plan includes a dining space for 8 and 2 queen beds with wrap around curtains for privacy during sleeping hours. The full kitchen features all modern stainless steel appliances, our full coffee & continental breakfast bar, and everything you would need to cook a nice meal if you would like. A full bath and laundry area are at the top of the hallway to the bedrooms.
At the end of the long hallway, you’ll find two King Bedrooms which lead to the amazing outdoor balcony and seating area overlooking Palafox St. One of the bedrooms has a HD Smart TV and cavernous private bathroom with soaking tub and tile shower.

The apartment is located on the second floor above Bavaria overlooking Palafox St, the heart of downtown Pensacola. Step out front through the Beer Garden and breezeway to immediately enjoy all of the museums, art galleries, restaurants, nightlife and attractions. Fosko coffee bar is next door downstairs. Vinyl music hall is two doors down. Convenient to federal courthouse and government buildings. Just 20 minutes to Pensacola Beach! YMCA is a short walk away for day pass access to gym and pool facilities.
