70 Acre Lakefront Estate close to the prestigious town of Madison, CT with private tennis, volleyball and bocce courts, pool with waterfall, outdoor kitchen with pizza oven, multiple patios, decks, gardens, indoor and outdoor fireplaces, vaulted cathedral great room with bar & much more. 4 bedrooms in the main house plus 4 cots and air mattresses in the guest house with commercial kitchen, game room and weight room. Parties and events must be approved by owner and agreed to in writing prior to arrival.
