FEEL FREE TO BOOK LONG RANGE VACATION AS WE WILL BE HERE FOR YOU.

We would like to share our spacious Paradise home with you. It is comfortable, fully furnished and it is fun!! Enjoy your breakfasts and dinners on the large ocean view lanai. In the evenings take pleasure in the romantic and awesome sunsets.

For your own personal pleasure you may play a game of shuffle board, pickle ball, swim in a full size pool, soak in the hot tub or try out the sauna. There are 2/two gas BBQ's and an eating area by the pool or by the games court.

The condo is only 500 feet to the most beautiful golden sand beach of Kamaole-1 where you can swim, snorkel, body surf, etc. There are 3/three strip malls for shopping and many restaurants to pick from for your dining out pleasure if you choose not to cook, all within walking distance.

Good location of this rental. Grounds and pool are clean and awesome. The room over all was good. The futon bed in the living room, was nasty looks like it’s been months since it’s been clean.

Very nice condo in a wonderful location, with 3 beaches across the street, and many close restaurants. Only one AC unit so it’s important to keep drapes closed during the day while away!!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Property included nice amenities and owners kept essential beach supplies which was much appreciated. Only drawback was parking, the guest area often did not have any open spots.

The condo is perfectly located, short walks to the beach, shops, and restaurants. Nice kitchen, good enough space for us 5. Very convenient to have a washer and dryer in the condo. The AC was strong enough for the unit, we really enjoy our stay here. The view from the balcony is great!

Condo has everything you need, the view is fantastic. The complex has lots of rules about noise and not having fun in the pool area but we still had a great time. The beach is a one minute walk down the road and its amazing. Check in process was very simple and easy and the owners are very quick to respond if you need to reach them.

Had a wonderful time!! Perfect location to everything we needed! Comfortable beds and a nice updated bathroom also had a great breeze. The only con is that when it rains the sliding door to the lanai leaks and the floors get wet..also the doors to the washer and dryer are a little flimsy and difficult to open and close. But overall a great property for sure!!! Would stay here again. Mahalo

This unit was perfect. 4 girl get away to run the Maui Oceanfront Marathon. Best location, great set up for out needs, comfortable beds. The condo facility was quiet and the hot tub pool area great. Parking easy . Had trouble finding the the unit coming in at night and the elevators but once settled amazing.

We had a great time! The condo has high ceilings and a comfortable feel. Great views from the balcony. When we arrived the air conditioner wasn’t working. We reached out to the owners and they got right on it! The service person came and fixed it very quickly. Walking distance to beaches and restaurants. Perfect family vacation spot. Thank you!

affordable & great location

It was as advertised, no surprises. We're from AK, so A/C was a must visiting in May! A/C worked well to cool off main room & loft, but back bedroom is a bit blocked from A/C. Ceiling fans and plug-in fans were effective! As previous reviews stated, could use a bit of updating re: decor, but nothing that would prevent me from recommending the place. Beach chairs, towels, small coolers, & umbrella greatly appreciated! Pool was lovely. We used the shared grilled a couple nights with no problems. Lanai was great in morning & evening.

Just okay

The location is great. There isn't easy access to the actual condo. There is an elevator, but then a few sets of stairs to carry your luggage up. The actual condo is very dated. You have what you need and that's about it. We had to buy toilet paper and paper towels because we had two rolls for an entire 6 night stay with four people. The sheets have little balls all over them from being so old and washed so much. Very old coffee maker, showerhead, etc. So, like I said, just okay.

Great space and location, but....

Poorly managed property. The AC had been off when we arrived. It was 85 degrees inside and the little wall unit in the living room could not cool the place below 80 degrees by the time we wanted to sleep. Even with the windows open and fans going as suggested, it was not a good night's rest. Simply having the property manager turn the AC on in preparation for guests arrival would have made this a wonderful stay.

Great Pool and views

I arrived at 2am our time with a 2 year old which was a little difficult and confusing (maybe a map of the complex would've helped) to find the place as the complex is so big, but once we figured it out it ended up being really close to the elevator which takes you right to the parking lot. the unit was big, airy and clean with everything you needed. The a/c worked when it was needed, even though its in an awkward spot, and the ceiling fans worked great as there was a constant breeze through the place. Our 2 year old loved the pool and the location right up from the beach was ideal! There were a few "rules" of no toys in the pool for the little one but most people understood. BBQ station is clean with new equipment, but a little far and awkward to get to. We had a great time and all and all great value for Kihei!

Great place, great location, lots of stairs

Very comfy apartment in good location steps away from beaches, food, and shops. Pool and hot tub were great nearby plazas had all the food and supplies you need for daily life. Was a great place to explore the area by foot and car. Only issues was lots of stairs to get down to and up from street level (there is an elevator but still a good amount of stairs to get to it/the apt). Wasn't an issue for us but could be for mobility challenged folks. A/C in the unit was great but the upstairs loft got a bit hot at the end of the day and took a while to cool. We had one day of an intense storm and some water came in through the patio door under the floor but the owner apologized for it and said not to worry, said they're fixing the problem, and it didn't really affect our stay. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and towels included which was nice. Swam with turtles and had great snorkeling in the beaches across the street and just down the road, rented boogie boards and rode the waves, enjoyed sunsets on the beach 3 min walk down the road. Overall loved our trip and the place was really nice and a good value.

We enjoy visiting with all the repeat vacationers as well as other owners. Once you get a taste of condo living in Maui it will take your heart away and you'll want to return each year.

Why they chose this property

Maui is our personal Paradise and we wanted to own a little corner of it. On our many vacations to Maui while staying at the Kihei Alii Kai we found the condos large and spacious so we decided to purchase a corner of Paradise. We also found the other owners to be friendly and helpful and with many repeat visitors in the complex coming from our local area of Western Canada. How could we go wrong by buying our little piece of Paradise!!

Staying at the condo is relaxing and we get to forget all the problems of home.
