Comfortable condo above the first hole

We thoroughly enjoyed our winter in this comfy condo on the first hole of Waterlefe Golf & River Club. The condo was well equipped and met our needs quite nicely. We especially enjoyed the lanai and watching the golfers come through. The community was exceptionally friendly and active. We walked, bicycled, golfed and enjoyed the wildlife very much. The golf cart was a special bonus that allowed us to take sunset rides through the community. A very pleasant stay

We absolutely loved staying here! Beautiful apartment in a wonderful and very friendly neighborhood. The view was great from the balcony. We are a family of five and the condo had plenty of room for us all. Very comfortable. Our favorite thing to do was go exploring the neighborhood on the golf cart! We enjoyed our stay at the condo at Waterlefe. The condo is spacious and well equipped for your stay. The Lanai is very nice and i especially like the open deck area Has its owe garage. Lots of room for several people to enjoy there own space. The community is very nice..pool is good size and very clean and TiKi bar was a nice bonus. Golf course is a great 18 hole challenging course. The community is and a close drive to great shopping and restaurants.

We enjoyed our stay at Waterlefe. The condo is located on the 2nd floor with a wonderful view of the golf course from the screened in lanai. It is very spacious and well laid out. The condo was clean and furnished nicely, with a European feel. The unit was well stocked with basic supplies for the bathroom, kitchen and laundry room. There are movies for adults and kids along with video games. It also located within walking distance of the pool, gym and golf clubhouse.The community is peaceful and everybody is very friendly. We loved this condo, located on the top floor with a view of the first fairway from the lanai. It was very clean and furnished nicely, with a European feel , which I liked very much.It is very spacious and well laid out. It was located within walking distance of the pool and gym and the golf clubhouse.The owner is very prompt in answering questions and there were no problems contacting the agents looking after the property.I would highly recommend this property and the Waterlefe lifestyle.

Bright and spacious Condo In Waterlefe

We stayed in this condo for 2 months and really enjoyed our stay. It is very spacious with a beautiful view and a lanai that stays sunny most of the day.We loved being able to eat outdoors on the lanai. The unit was clean and well maintained and the owner and the care takers were very nice to work with. We did not use the golf course, but we enjoyed being close to the Legacy bike trail in Sarasota. This is a quiet and safe place with easy access to many types of recreation . Hope to return.

Waterlefe condo

We truly enjoyed our stay at the condo at Waterlefe last winter. The condo is bright and well equipped.It was nice having private garage. The development is beautifully landscaped with great green spaces and a lovely pool area. We enjoyed our bike rides and walks every day admiring the wild life. The community is very peaceful and a close drive to great shopping and restaurants. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return sometime soon.

Wonderful Waterlefe

We stayed 2 months at Waterlefe and really enjoyed the condo. Jeff was very helpful and the condo was very comfortable and clean. Waterlefe has a lot to offer . The staff is friendly and the golf course unforgiving. We definitely recommend this place. The only problem was that we lost too many balls on the golf course. Will return to waterlefe.
