This was a perfect place to stay near the airport with 5 adults. The space is compact but not cramped, and the decor is fresh and fun. Plus a short walk to some excellent BBQ.

Beautiful home, we loved the setup. It’s not too far from anything on the east coast either. Only suggestion is to be sure to pin your location, Uber had a hard time finding us at times.

We enjoyed our stay very much. Our only very small issue was that toliet paper was not stocked and we had to buy some. Other than that we thought very highly of the place.

Love it!!

We enjoyed the house. Everything was in wonderful condition. Accommodations awesome. Hot water, comfy beds, quite neighborhood, no stairs… Overall, we will go back. We just found a new stay at La Isla de Encanto. P.s. 3 mins from the airport, that is a PLUS!

Family vacation

Our stay was wonderful at this property. We were very satisfied with everything. The house was nice and clean. We did not come across any issues. Any questions we had the property manager would always answer fast. I would definitely book again and will recommend to our family and friends.

SJU Airport

The property is good for a stay of a few nights. Is clean and comfortable. It is close to the airport, so you will be hearing flights flying over you at all times. If that bothers you, I won't recommend it, but if not, the property is great. The neighborhood the property is in seems scetchy, but it was calm, and we had no noise problems from anyone or any other complains. The property manager, Mr. Robinson, was responsive to my messages. Overall, this is a good property if you are in the San Juan area and need to be very close to the airport and about 10 minutes to El Condado..

Fraud host

We originally booked a 3bedroom two bath with the host. When we arrived it was a 2 bedroom 1 bath. We immediately called the host & he said problem came up & it wouldn’t be fixed in time of our stay. So i asked for a refund regarding the price difference. He said he would adjust the price. I still haven’t received anything and he ignored my calls & texts. Don not recommend.
