The Fountains in Scottsdale Ranch is a hidden gem. Enjoy a prime location with palm trees everywhere, fountains galore, green grassy areas, exquisite heated pool & spa, a lagoon surrounding the pool, flowering shrubs, all in a safe, clean, friendly Luxury Resort-Style atmosphere.

This desirable & charming 2nd floor 2bd, 2ba ranch condo is light and bright. Relax outside on the huge patio in one of two lounge chairs, a full sized sofa, or enjoy a meal on the spacious patio table. There is a large table top BBQ grill, too.

Relax in the living room or dining room, where both areas have comfortable full sized sofas. Two recliners in the living room meet your viewing or resting needs. The 55” Roku UHD TV is ready for your own streaming device or personal Roku account. The unit has high speed WIFI. You’ll find the table/desk very handy located near the front door.

The kitchen is well supplied with dishes, glassware, wine glasses, tableware, & cookware to meet your needs, and plenty of cupboard space. There is a reverse-osmosis (RO) purified water system that supplies the ice maker and a separate faucet for drinking water. A starter supply of paper products & a few spices are provided. All appliances, coffee maker, hot water kettle, blender, mixer, toaster, cookie sheets, plastic ware for the pool, salad & mixing bowls of various sizes, & serving dishes are all waiting for your use.

The master bedroom has a king size bed, a cushy chair, 2 other chairs, small TV, and large double closets. You can enjoy your morning coffee on a lounger on the adjacent private master bedroom patio. The guest room has a queen bed, desk, and a closet with pool towels, a few games, and extra linens. The vaulted ceilings throughout add spacious height. There’s A/C of course, but every room has a ceiling fan, too.

You can park in the driveway right next to the courtyard entrance. If you prefer, a covered parking spot a short distance away can be arranged. Strictly no smoking and no pets are allowed. You will enjoy the close proximity to many amenities. It’s a very short walk to Walgreens, Planet Fitness, a delicious ice cream shop, authentic pizza shop, and several restaurants. Just a few blocks away is Scottsdale Ranch Park with tennis courts, basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, a senior center with lots of activities, or take a nice walk through the neighborhood around beautiful Lake Serena. Scottsdale HonorHealth Medical Center is close, and Mayo Clinic is nearby.

We will welcome you with a bottle of bubbly & some snacks. You will find The Fountains to be a beautiful and very friendly community. Residents often gather around the pool to converse, read a book, or relax in the sun.

Slice of paradise

We feel so grateful to have found this sweet little spot. This cute colorful condo filled with every amenity you could imagine, was truly a paradise escape. We were left for wanting nothing. The kitchen was fully stocked with every thing we need except food. So we could choose to cook and spend the evening on the beautiful patio or go to any of the delicious restaurants within minutes away. We spent lots of time on this spacious patio. The Scottsdale location is close to everything you need, walking distance to 15 minutes away. Oh and the pool was delightful with the temp kept just perfect to keep you comfy on a hot day. Our hosts, Eric and Mary, responded whenever we needed them, although that wasn’t much and were so great with some specific request. They made our stay awesome! And we loved that it’s just 20 minutes from the airport. We will be back when it gets too cold and when spring training starts cuz that’s only 10 minutes away!

Good location but needs general maintenance

The owners of this property are very nice, and the condo is beautifully decorated. However, we were very disappointed by the general condition of the condo. There were numerous holes in the walls in both the bedroom and bathroom, and there was no attempt to fill these in and repaint them. The tub in the master is chipped in several places, and there is water damage on the floor of the master sliding glass door with rotting wood. Also, the couch needs a deep cleaning as it has numerous stains on it. Due to the location this unit faces a busy street and it’s very noisy. Although, we enjoyed the proximity to area restaurants and attractions, we were disappointed to see the most routine upkeep not done on this property.

It Really Is a Paradise

Perfect stay. Loved the east-facing patio on cold mornings. The mountains actually turn pink at sunset—beautiful with palm trees silhouetted. Owners' family must be huge because the kitchen is equipped for the multitudes.

Amazing condo!

This condo was amazing. We have stayed at several rentals around the country and the world, so have seen many. We highly recommend this one! It is impeccably clean and well furnished with everything we needed, from pool towels to kitchen utensils. It’s cheerful, and bright with lots of light. It’s even nicer than the photos. A real plus is the HUGE patio facing the mountains. We lived out there, with its dining table for six -not the usual two or four, and sofa & coffee table. Well worth choosing this condo just to have this patio. It’s close to shopping with Walgreens, Marshalls, Home Goods, grocery stores and more nearby. Pool/lagoon area is five star fantastic. Eric & Mary are kind, responsive and accommodating. It was great to have covered parking available if we wanted. Our only regret is that we should have booked two months instead of one, not knowing how much we would love it there. Next time. We will definitely be back.
