Fabulous

Great property. Comfortable inside and out. Excellent location. Close to many, not only top notch restaurants, but a good variety to chose from.Accessible to all major connecting roads, so day trips were a breeze.

Marcia was very helpful with any questions we had. The kitchen is very well stocked. The bathroom had been updated as well as the floors. The complex grounds were well maintained and we had access to the heated pool and gym.

Super Location

Excellent Place To Stay

Marcia, the owner was a delight to work with. She and her husband gave comfortable living accommodations and the means to take care of everything and anything that came up during your stay. They were also very flexible and easy to work with. The neighborhood and neighbors were delightful. The property gave a true feel of vacationing.

Had great time disappointed pool out door was not heated. Main pool normally heated was under repair Too many personal items left in condo from owners. Condo was clean, located in beautiful area. Marcia was great to work with

Hidden Gem

I really enjoyed my stay here. The condo is clean, spacious, nicely furnished and super comfortable. It’s quiet and set in the back of the complex, steps away from the second pool. The kitchen is well-stocked with everything you could possibly need for cooking and food storage. There’s a small gym in the center of the complex (3 minute walk) with two treadmills, bikes and a full weight room if you’re into working out. About 5 minutes away there’s a shopping mall with Frye’s, Barnes and Noble, a hair salon and a variety of other stores. Marcia was an excellent host and was very responsive to questions. Highly recommend!

Excitement quickly turned to horror.

We should have been reimbursed for the whole stay! Walked in the door and immediately saw AC return vent covered in dust! Soon found dog hair all over! When I went to vacuum found little clear jell balls all over living room floor. Soon after dog was sick and a $1700 ER vet bill. Contacted Marcia and she said maid had cleaned and I said place was a mess. The air filter looked like last changed in Reagan admin. Finally nice husband Richard admits they had some demo done and they must have left air on during. But no one checked after? Marcia was so bad she attacked me and said was a shakedown! Very upset simply reporting the facts turned into FALSE ACCUSATIONS! The whole stay which we cut short I has MASSIVE HEADACHES. The pool was hot as the aerator had lousy coverage. Washer failed during spin cycle. Whole stay was a nightmare and it was a nice place horribly maintained. She demanded we leave by 3pm though I said late afternoon because we were cleaning. We SHOULD NOT have cleaned. Didn’t have time to go over counters because 3pm came. She sent her son who was a jerk and he made false accusations. They had ducts cleaned but didn’t help because was an ineffective method unlike Sears or Stanley Steamer. Even duct cleaner said that method was poor. Place was so BAD that the headaches have continued almost 3 weeks later. I plan to SUE! I fully expect Marcia to trash me in the response. We stayed because of the good reviews in past but those are irrelevant!

Top Notch

We were locals doing major remodeling & had o move out for a month. We live in the neighborhood so already knew the location Had everything to offer. Marcia was very responsive / quick to respond to the few times we contacted her. The complex is quiet; the condo was clean comfortable with everything we needed....it really felt like ‘home away from home’. Do highly recommend to others.

Great central location

Stayed 2 months in this wonderful 2 bedroom condo that is central to everything. Loved having quick access to the green belt for walking & biking. Condo was clean, well stocked, and owners were easy to work with. We especially appreciate a place that allows our dogs. Also loved having a garage to secure our mtn bikes. Two recommendations: 1) a broom vac would make it so much easier to keep clean for long-term renters, and 2) fully enclose the private patio so pets can go outside without being on leash.

Stunning and comfortable

We stayed here for 3 months while our home was being remodeled. It is pristine and well appointed. It’s a wonderful location for shopping and to access so many places in Scottsdsle. Lovely walking areas as well

Perfect Location

Overall we were pretty satisfied with this condo. It is ideally located right off the 101 and Shea where everything is just minutes away. Condo looks just like the photos. Very well decorated and furnished. Good size for up to 4 people. The smaller pool is not heated but the larger pool is only a few steps away and very good size and has a hot tub. Nice walking trails nearby.The one huge disappointment was that the condo was NOT clean when we arrived. The floors were filthy and full of white dog hair, it hadn't been dusted either. We had to clean ourselves. Tried texting and calling the number provided with no response.

Why they chose this property

Casabella Community is located in Central Scottsdale. We are minutes from Waste Management Open and Barrett Jackson, Malls Restaurants, Golf Courses, and Hiking. Minutes from Old Town Scottsdale which has tons of unique shops, restaurants, museums and galleries. If you are here during spring training catch a game at Salt River Fields about 5 minutes away. If you are here during Basketball, Hockey, Football or Baseball season we are only about 20 minutes from downtown Phoenix and 30 to Glendale to catch a Cardinals Game. I think you get the point... We're close to everything..

What makes this property unique

Casabella is a unique community in that there is access to the Pima/Indian Bend Wash Multi use path and green belt. Yep that's right we do have grass in the desert. This path is 18 miles long and will take you all the way to Tempe Town Lake. Make sure to check it out during your stay...
