Whispering on the River is a fantastic rustic cabin right on the river. If you are looking for a true cabin getaway this is where you want to be. This is one of Ruidoso's original bark sided cabin with all the rustic charm - great for couples, friends or young families. Enjoy the great outdoors after a day of golf, skiing and other activities Ruidoso has to offer. Walk out your back door to the Rio Ruidoso River for a relaxing nature walk or to catch dinner. Let the sound of the river drift you away -Take in all the Wildlife from the comfort of your private deck humming birds and many other bird species frequent your feeder. Deer roam thru the property and surrounding area year round and in the warmer months the occasional Black Bear can be sighted. Settle in for the evening in front of the wood burning fireplace. This cabin is in the perfect location only minutes away from all Ruidoso has to offer.
2 night minimum - Summer weekends may require 3 nights
In the unfortunate event that you need to cancel your reservation please review the following policy. An administration fee of $35 will be charged to all cancellations 14 days or more in advance, unless a reschedule has been agreed upon. Reservations cancelled less than 14 days prior to check-in will be charged a 1 night fee including taxes and are subject to all other nights the Cabin or Room is not re-rented. If you do not show up for your reservation you will be charged in full. Sorry, no refund for early departure. We strongly recommend that you consider purchasing Trip Insurance to protect your investment. Full details can be found on our website.Please note Cancellation policies for Christmas and New Years (Inclusive Dec 20-Jan 5) differ significantly, they will be clearly explained in your rental agreement. UCLC's signed rental agreement will take precedence over any 3rd party booking site policy.
