Come enjoy Lure of the Lakes 5br Beach Retreat.. Your family and friends will be enamored with this spacious cozy beach house, located in the gated Ocean Lakes of Myrtle Beach, SC Lot #6026. This friendly community has a large number of amenities, from an on-site grocery and restaurant, water park, large arcade, mini golf, Lakes for fishing, and much more. A perfect place for families looking for a vacation that suites everyone's needs. House is fully equipped for all your needs.

This house has 2 Master suites. One on each floor with King size beds. There are 2 bedrooms with Queen beds and one room with a Queen bunk bed with a full mattress on top. There is lots of outdoor living area with wrap around porches and outdoor seating.

You will have full access to this house. There is a parking fee through Ocean Lakes. They Charge $15 a day. This is your pass to all the Ocean Lake amenities throughout the park. You pay this at the front checkin area. This fee has nothing to do with the home owners.

I do not live on site . However if you where to have any problems or need anything, I do have a property Manager on site.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground,
celebrated their 52nd anniversary in 2023 with thousands of families and campers. The campground is the largest oceanfront one of its kind on the east coast. The popular South Myrtle Beach campground has more than 800 campsites and 2,500+ annual lease sites. Vacation rental homes are fully furnished and offer air conditioning, tvs and complete kitchens. Ocean Lakes is home to great annual events including Halloweekends,
A Fall Craft Fair, Bluegrass Weekend, a Patriotic Golf Cart Parade, Beach N’ Boogie with Shag dance lessons and the Polar Bear Plunge!

Ocean Lakes is a golf cart community. You have golf cart rentals available on location. You may have 4 vehicles parked at your house. Others will have to park in the overflow lots available at the front of the park.
Ocean Lakes Charges $15 per vehicle per day this is your resort fee and gets you into the park, pool and all the other amenities.

Ocean Lakes Family Campground has so much to choose from. A place for family and friends to gather and relax but always something for the kids to do.

Ocean Lakes reminds me of an old neighborhood in the 50's. Where everyone comes out to meet and greet. Letting your kids be able to have freedom and talking to your neighbors.

What makes this property unique

Our property is unique because we sit on one of the lakes and we are a 5 min walk to the Beach. We have an amazing outdoor area's on all three levels of our home.
