Our condo has been completely renovated. Located in the preferred South Tower at the beautiful Ocean Creek Plantation family resort, this condo has been described as the " newest and nicest unit by far " at the 57 acre beachfront resort community.
Our condo has a direct oceanfront view and is situated on the 12th floor. Its full-mirrored Living Room allows you to take advantage of the breathtaking, panoramic views of the exclusive Briarcliff and Windy Hill Beaches of the blue south Atlantic. This completely renovated unit has been professionally decorated throughout with a 'sea-scape' theme. Appliances are new including a 3 cup Keurig coffee maker. Window treatments and bedding have been custom made to further separate this condo from all the others. The condo is fully air-conditioned and all the bedrooms have ceiling fans and TVs for your added comfort. Professional enhancements are made to our condo each year to add to our guests' comfort. It is not surprising that our guests write: 'Your condo is spotless, beautifully decorated, well-equipped, and has a spectacular view.' Another family wrote: 'We have been coming to Myrtle Beach for the past 11 years and your condo has been the nicest by far." The condo features HIGH SPEED WIRELESS WiFi. A BEACH LOCKER with chairs and boogie boards is also provided for added convenience.
The condo sleeps six persons comfortably and has a fully stocked kitchen, two baths, 4 cable TVs, a DVD and a full-size washer and dryer. Sliding glass doors open from the Living Room and the Master Bedroom to the large private balcony and the soothing sounds of the ocean. The Master Bedroom has a new king-size bed and a TV with a large private bath and double sinks. Another bedroom has a queen size bed and has direct access to the spacious Guest Bathroom. There is a third bedroom with twin beds, TV and ceiling fan.
The Living Room has a sofa, love seat, and a 42" hi definition TV, and DVD. The full-mirrored wall takes advantage of stunning ocean views from any direction. The South Tower has a large private pool and the interior portion is heated for year round swimming. An indoor hot tub is adjacent to the pool. NO PETS are allowed and SMOKING IS NOT PERMITTED.

Ocean Creek is considered one of the finest resorts on the Grand Strand. The beach was voted as 'America’s Best Family Beach' by the Discovery Travel Channel. At the 57 acre Ocean Creek resort there are plenty of things to do. Hike on the lush, tropical landscaped grounds, relax at the beach snack bar, play a game of volleyball, frolic at the playground by the sea, ride the tides along the saltwater creek, boogie board on the surf, skim board along the wet sands, or stroll just across the street and shop, dine or be entertained at the popular Barefoot Landing complex.

There are 5 tennis courts including two clay ones. Over 100 golf courses are located nearby. There is a beach Lifeguard on duty from Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is 24 hour security on premises.

This unit is just as it looks in the pictures. It is tastefully decorated with a great beach vibe. It was very clean and the Schacks are very good about communicating with their visitors. The air conditioning is a bit wonky as it keeps reverting to a higher temp in order to conserve energy and you have to adjust it several times a day. We would stay here again!

Family Vacation 2024

Ray and Gail are amazing hosts and are always available to answer any questions. They kept in contact with us before and after our vacation ensuring our stay was good. The condo was immaculate and has a very well stocked kitchen! Our experience exceeded expectations! The condo is centrally located within the South Tower directly looking over one of many pools, the ocean and creek (inlet). It is also across from Barefoot landing for easy access to attractions, food, and shopping!

Amazing Vacation Year After.Year

The owners are fantastic people and are so nice. They have thought of everyrhingting you need to make your stay perfect. If you need anything which you don't, they are just a call away. The view is breathtaking and the proximity to the beach is awesome. In addtion, being right across the street from Barefoot Landing with great restaurants and a short ride to Broadway at the Beach makes night life and dinner great. This is our annual home away from home and the family and I cant wait until we return again.

Great place...Gail and Ray really go above and beyond to ensure everything is perfect! The condo is exactly as described and beautifully maintained. The view was amazing, and my teen son loved the inlet below to dig around in. My favorite was the ability to lay in bed and watch the sun rise every morning. The location is perfect too, just enough distance from the hustle and bustle of main Myrtle but tons of stuff to do just across the road from Barefoot Landing. If we ever visit Myrtle Beach again, this will be my go-to place to stay.

Ocean Front Perfection!

This condo is roomy and fully upgraded along with a million-dollar 12th floor ocean front view with connecting balconies in the living room and MBR. The décor is beach themed and is perfect for the setting. The unit is abundantly equipped with everything you need for eating in if you choose. The amenities are plentiful and accessible. The owners are fantastic to deal with and the entire transaction was seamless. I highly recommend!

40th Anniversary Trip

This property is exactly as advertised. It is very well maintained with new or like new appliances. All finishes were tasteful and beautiful. The property was very clean upon our arrival. Check in was not really required due to the way the property owner interacts with the person renting the property. It was seamless. The ocean views from the 12th floor were amazing. We would definitely stay here again.

The Sea Schak was everything as promised and more. The view was breathtaking. The unit was well decorated, spotless, and very well stock. We've never had a kitchen set up so well. You can't beat location when it comes to Ocean Creak. Having Barefoot Landing across the street is a big plus. It was so easy for our family, including the teenagers, to walk there for shopping, eating and sightseeing. We have stayed at Ocean Creak 4 times previously and this is the best accomodations we have ever had.

Great week at a wonderful condo!

My family spends a week at Ocean Creek every summer and has done so for the past 20 years. We love the resort and the amenities it has to offer. We stayed in the Sea Schak during our last visit and I must say that it is the nicest and cleanest condo that we have ever rented at Ocean Creek! Not only is the condo beautifully decorated, but the view from the deck is spectacular! Ray and Gail were great to work with and it is obvious that they take great pride in keeping their condo in top condition for their guests. Peace, beauty, and a million dollar view

Words cannot express how wonderful ray and Gail are and how amazing the condo is! They are a lovely couple who made a last minute vacation become a reality! They were super accommodating and made every effort to go beyond the normal process they use to accommodate us on the fly days before! The condo was clean and beautiful and every room nicer then the next felt bigger then a condo and the view day and night was breathtaking! My parents came with us and could not stop marveling at how perfect the condo was they wanted to buy it and move in and we did to! Thank you ray and Gail for being the best you are a blessing and your home is a blessed place as well! We will be contacting you yearly for sure God willing as my parents are already planning and we just got home haha. We will be in touch God bless you! And the sea shack!

Breathtaking view

We went to Myrtle Beach for our daughters spring break, we have never rented off an individual before always stayed at one of the big resorts. This way was so much easier and more personal, I found the condo online called the owner and it was a done deal. The owner answered all of my questions and told me about the condo, I went online and looked at all of the pictures, the condo was exactly what it looked like online, sometimes when you look online the pictures are so old and the condo has gone downhill, but NOT this one, the owners take alot of pride in their condo, it was absoulutly gorgeous and the view was breathtaking. It was very clean and decorated very nice, plenty of room. The kitchen was complety stocked with everything you can imagine to cook with, although we did not cook their but once for breakfast, you could cook anything you wanted. If you are looking for somewhere to stay that is very clean, and relaxing and a gorgous view of the ocean than this is the place. Our next trip to Myrtle Beach I will call to see if this condo is available. The only regret I have is not being able to stay longer, 1 week is not near long enough.

One of the best places we have stayed!

We have gone through VRBO for all our trips to Myrtle Beach. This propety truly stands out. The condo was clean and beautifully decorated. We were able to see the sunrise each morning from the balcony. Shops and retail stores 5 minutes away. The owners are very considerate and accommodating as well. Tremendous week!

The Sea Schak is exactly as described and pictured on VRBO. Our family of 5 had plenty of room to spread out yet we all enjoyed dinners around the table together in this beautifully decorated, updated condo with an incredible view! We are picky when it comes to a clean place to stay and Sea Schak made us feel like we were in a brand new home. The kitchen was very well equipped! We do love to eat out, but our budget always has us prepping a few meals. You will love the kitchen! Location - location - location! The 12th floor views were spectacular and the condo is right off the elevator which means you are always just steps away from the beach, the pools and your car. On Monday nights at 10, you can enjoy a huge fireworks display by just stepping out the door and viewing from the balcony. All who came out to watch applauded in the end. Barefoot Landing is right across from Ocean Creek - lots of great shopping and dining to be had there! Oh! And, I failed to mention that Ray and Gail have three comfy beach chairs and 3 boogie boards along with sand toys provided for their guests to use. They are conveniently located in a locker near the pools and on your way to the beach. We love that the beach has lifeguards, is clean and is not overcrowded. We would definitely love to return one day to the Sea Schak! Gail and Ray care about their home and have thought of just about everything to make your vacation nothing short of relaxing and memorable!

Amazing Vacation

Our family had a wonderful time at Ocean Creek! Ray and Gail’s condo was perfect! My husband, teenager, and 8 and 9 year olds fit very comfortably in this condo. The bathrooms were amazing and the kitchen has everything you need! Having a locker out by the beach was very convenient, and the chairs provided were very comfy. The only problem was that the week went by way too quickly! We hope to return again soon!!
