Beautiful location. You can wake up and see the ocean from your bedroom window. Just loved that. Gary was so nice and he made sure everything was ok. Great choice for a VRBO.

This was the cleanest VRBO I’ve ever stayed in. The view every morning was phenomenal and just perfect. It really felt like home and was plenty big for my family. Had kids and grandkids there and everyone enjoyed it. Had everything needed to cook with which is highly unusual. I loved that it had a washer and dryer. Beds super comfy and the couch was too! The only down side was the hotel itself had a weird layout when trying to get to the pool and when unloading your stuff. Elevator only on one side of the building. It was strange. The parking was way too tight especially for those of us with an SUV. Other than that, we really liked it here. Great place to stay and very family oriented.

Property was located in a very nice area of Myrtle Beach and had a wonderful view of the ocean. Gary was phenomenal to deal with and was very responsive and made sure that everything went great! Communication was excellent. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Great location beautiful view of ocean. Gary most responsive if you need anything. Outdoor venue includes a tiki bar lazy river and pools. Plenty of chairs to relax and fire pits for nightly engagements. So easy to get to the beach and primo beach with low number of old people only like me. This place is spacious and super clean and beds are so comfortable you don’t want to get out of them. We are hoping to return same place next year.

We love the location we stayed here 2yrs ago and loved the beach was not crowded! Gary is always a great communicator and the condo was available upon arrival even though we were early! I love that we can leave things there and come back to them 2yrs later. Our 2nd time staying here and loved it both times! Thanks so much for another great stay!

Beautiful condo and property. My family and I had a great time here. The condo, pools, and beach are all next to each other which was great for us and anyone with young children. Beach is also not too crowded here. The condo was clean and spacious. Island Vista is in a great location as well. Very close to a lot of restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. Would absolutely recommend this condo to anyone looking to stay at Myrtle Beach!

Just Perfect

Island Vista was exactly the spot we wanted. Such a quiet part of the beach and the pools were perfect for kids of all ages. The unit was clean and the beds were amazing!! I would recommend Island Vista and this unit all day.

Beautiful and Relaxing

The owner Gary made sure that we had all of the information we needed for our stay. The home is absolutely beautiful and located on the second floor, which is very convenient. The resort I don’t think could be more relaxing and well organized. We had one of the most relaxing family vacations we’ve ever had. We cannot wait to book again.

The upgrades to the condo are wonderful!! This is our third time staying in this condo and won’t be our last! The owner is very responsive and the entire resort is awesome!! Can’t go wrong if choosing this condo for your vacation!!
