This charming 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment is located just two blocks from ASU's campus and Mill Ave! You are surrounded by all of the hot spots in downtown Tempe and 7 minutes from Phoenix Sky-Harbor Airport. We decorated and furnished your apartment for maximum comfort and enjoyment. It has a full kitchen equipped for making a home-cooked meal, a pull-out couch for additional guests, and a stackable washer/dryer in the unit. You’ll also have 1GB WiFi and a flat-screen TV with Netflix, Prime Video, Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and steps from the community pool/spa. The community is well-maintained and has easy parking spot access near the unit. The apartment has one covered parking spot for guests just a short distance from the apartment. We do not have neighbors above the apartment, but there are neighbors that share one wall and that are below the unit. We trust you'll love your stay and hope that you truly feel at home. Cute spot sooo close to campus!

Great location 2 blocks from town and very close to campus. We rented a car so we could be on our own schedule for an event, but most wouldn’t need to of you just want to be by campus. Only a few blocks walk (or run) to be along the river for pretty views of town. Manager had great communication and the pool and hot tub on site were clean and secure. For us our only issue was traveling with our son who is 6’4”. The space is great for a couple alone or with a younger kid. It was a little tight with our son. Basic amenities were available such as regular coffee maker and Keurig, TP, common kitchen ware, etc.

Close to downtown, but the condo complex felt unsafe and there were low flying planes overhead because it is in the landing path for the airport. Hot tub was clean. Bed & pillows were too soft. Kitchen well stocked.

Weekend Getaway

This was a great rental for family weekend at ASU. We really enjoyed the hot tub and pool. Also the snacks and tea was a nice personal touch! We could walk to ASU in less than 20 minutes or rent an electric scooter.
