The kitchen with breakfast bar is well equipped with a refrigerator with ice maker, electric cook top, and large size microwave oven with convection option.
You have your own home (dwelling unit) with its attached direct access 1 car garage with remote control. Your own heating and cooling system. Your own 40-gal gas water heater. Your own washer and dryer located in your garage. Your own back patio and fenced back yard. The front cottage home does not share a common living space wall with the main house in back. There is no access from either home. We share the front driveway, and the visitor parking space located on the property.

So the property was great for the two dogs because the backyard was perfect for them. Bob was very friendly and polite who checked me in. The decor and furnishings were quite dated though.

Decor and furnishings are the classic style. All furnishings are in perfect condition and replaced as need. With over 60 plus reviews and years listed as a short term stay. This is the only review saying this. Some people just like to complain. Decor and furnishings are a personal style.

I spent 16 days at this cottage, with my dog, and loved it. Being able to pull into the garage and unload into the cottage was a big plus. The location was ideal; quiet street, close to the park, and easy access to main thoroughfares like Hayden and 101. The little patio was great for me and my dog. I’d stay again for sure!

This place was very very clean and inviting, great location, the owner was very nice, we had a great stay, the VRBO app didn’t give us the information we needed to get in however it did give us the owners information and he helped us. I would highly recommend staying here.

It's an older property but clean and well equipped. Unlike some vrbos that are noisy this is in a quiet area. Having a private garage and washer and dryer are also nice.
