Enjoy days filled with beach walks along Clam Island nature preserve, swimming in Noyac Bay, hiking in Trout Pond or feeding the birds in Elizabth A Morton National Wildlife Refuge.
Oversized master bedroom with seating area and en-suite bath. 2nd private master bedroom also with en-suite bath and 3rd bedroom with 2 full size beds. Open concept kitchen, large living room and dining area with additional bar seating. Oversized family room with vaulted ceiling and desk work space. Full size Laundry room. Lovely shaded back patio with seating and BBQ grill. 3 minutes from kayak, paddle board and motorized water sports rentals.
