This newly renovated private room is part of a large Avocado ranch located on top of the hills, ocean view from the patio (if not cloudy or foggy, of course).
Breathtaking views of the valley with all the city lights visible at night.
This room offers a bedroom with a private door to the grove, private bathroom, and a living room with TV and a couch, the couch transforms into a very comfortable full queen size bed.
Lots of groves, wineries and golf courses to visit within short distance.

Stunning sights and cozy stay

My husband and I stayed at this stylish and comfortable space for a couple of nights while visiting our niece. We were warmly invited by Shawn and introduced to the property. Throughout our stay he was kind and thoughtful as he showed us all of the amenities available. He invited us to walk through the avocado grove and enjoy any fruit that was ready to pick. We harvested a few peaches of which we enjoyed during the rest of our trip. We chose to spend our evenings by the pool where we had a perfect few of the sunset. We built a fire one night and marveled at the sky as the sun dropped and stars emerged. This is a great space to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Southern California.
