91A Spring Street is a beautifully restored Victorian Home. This home has 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms a large open living, dining, and kitchen area that opens up to spacious front porches that overlook the piazza. Each bedroom has a private ensuite and door that opens to a balcony. Vacationing in this home will set you back history but have you just steps to all Downtown Charleston has to offer. Local boutiques, coffee shops, and eateries are just steps from this magnificent home. King Street is 2.5 blocks away.

Southern Charm to say the least. Every bedroom had its own bathroom and we slept 8 ladies comfortably. 3 blocks from King Street was very convenient also

Gorgeous Property, Incredible Location!

This property was absolutely stunning! The photos are incredible, but seeing it in person was a whole other level! The balconies and space were great for our my group of friends! Great spot not too far from King St, perfect for a girls weekend away!

Fantastic stay

This house had plenty of space for our group, with large comfortable beds and ensuites in all bedrooms. The common space was also adequate - larger than it looks onlin! Great location too. We will absolutely return.

Perfect bachelorette house!

Stayed here with lots of girls for a bachelorette trip. Such a beautiful house with a short walk to king street! Highly recommend :)

Fantastic stay

We couldn’t get over it - this house was even better than expected! Beautifully and tastefully decorated, so clean, well appointed, very spacious and airy, and a great location. The perfect home base for a weekend with 9 girlfriends from NYC. Would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

The Manor in Charleston

This is a lovely home, spacious and comfortable. Be aware that all bedrooms are upstairs, so if your group includes folks with mobility issues, this is not the best place for you.

So accommodating! Allowed early entry when we arrived. Loved that! Parking was challenging on street so I reached out to Guesthouse and additional parking was provided on property until other guests arrived. Great location too! I would highly recommend Cumberland Parking garage. Close to everything! Pleasantly surprised to see the historic Powder Magazine Museum as we walked out of garage.

Family Birthday Celebration

Overall the house was really great. There were a few items that need attention. There were 7 of us and the space was exactly what we needed. The rooms were spacious and the decor very nice. The location with parking was perfect.

Great house in a terrific location

We had 9 women stay and had a wonderful time. The home is well equipped and the layout was really good. We spent much of the time on the porch in the rockers which was wonderful. We were able to walk to the market (1.25 miles). There are a lot of stairs and they are not for the faint of heart. We were all over 60 and did fine. It was a wonderful vacation.

Girls week at Charleston Open

We had a great time at this home. Location and the home itself was perfect for a Ladies Tennis week. Beautifully decorated and accomodated our group of 6 perfectly. The Guest Services group was lovely and able to assist us with luggage storage -Very friendly and accomodating. I would definitly recommend this home to a large group. We will be back. Thank yoiu

Perfect Size

The property was nicely appointed and smartly decorated. It had all the convivences of home with a washer and dryer, kitchen, each room had an attached bathroom. The management company was wonderful to work with and even helped us with a last minute change due to party size reduction and early check in. All in all, would work with this management company again and stay at this location. It was walkable to many shops, restaurants, easy for Uber pick-up, etc.

Iconic Charleston Gem

This home exudes Charleston charm. The porch is amazing for relaxing. The beds and furniture are comfortable and the location is ideal. Parking was a breeze and Unit A has the added bonus of an extra long parking space that can fit 2 cars. The only critique is that glassware in the kitchen is in short supply but not an important issue. Highly recommend this home for a great Charleston vacation.

Charming in Charleston

The Manor house was the perfect house for our group of 8 ladies. Each room had an en suite, beautifully decorated, and nicely stocked with essential dishes. Great little neighborhood in walking distance to a few restaurants and small grocery stores for essentials. About a 5-10 minute drive to most areas of interest in downtown Charleston and only a 20 min drive to Sullivan's Island. Guesthouse Charleston management company made our stay perfect, super easy check in process and communicated throughout the stay. Will definitely book with them again when I come back to Charleston.

Everything was Excellent!

The entire process was excellent. Communication, check-in, check-out, all very smooth. The property is lovely and as advertised and did not disappoint. The AC systems worked great which was appreciated. A minor hiccup with the clothes washer not working properly was dealt with swiftly to our satisfaction. On-site parking for our rental car was perfect and convenient and the location was ideal for walking and exploring this wonderful city. Really appreciated the excellent communication including suggestions ahead of time for places to eat (all excellent) and things to do and see. It was a wonderful visit to a historic, beautiful, and interesting city that we thoroughly enjoyed as a family of 6 adults - thank you very much!
