Welcome to your brand-new luxury retreat in Charleston’s most coveted neighborhood. Built in 2023, this 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom home is designed for comfort and style, making it the perfect getaway for families and groups.
The heart of the home is a bright, open-concept living and kitchen area, perfect for gathering.
+ Living Room: A chic space to relax after a day of exploring, featuring a Smart TV with streaming capabilities.
+ Kitchen: A fully equipped modern kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, blender, and coffee maker.
Each of the four elegant bedrooms is a private sanctuary, featuring:
+ A plush king-sized bed
+ A television
+ A private en suite bathroom
For additional sleeping arrangements, a queen air mattress with extra bedding is available upon request.
Modern conveniences for a seamless stay include:
+ High-speed WiFi and a dedicated workspace
+ Full-size washer and dryer

The Elliotborough/Cannonborough district of downtown Charleston. With its friendly neighbors, cozy restaurants, and tree lined streets, our neighborhood will immerse you in Charleston’s classic charm. This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

+ Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essential supplies, including paper products and bath amenities (shampoo, conditioner, and body soap) to get you settled in.
+ Parking Details: Parking is strictly limited to two vehicles parked in a tandem (one behind the other) configuration in the designated driveway.
