Our home is located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, just a few minutes away from downtown Rapid City. We've tried to make our home as welcoming and comfortable as possible for you during your stay. If you have any questions or concerns during your stay, please do not hesitate to reach out to us.

The House is equipped with everything you'll need for your stay, including linens, towels, and basic toiletries. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and cooking utensils, so you can enjoy meals at home if you'd like.

Return to the Black Hills

Two Air Force families returning to the Black Hills to show our youngest kids around the place we were once stationed. Home was a great base to bounce out of and spend time together. Super homey and comfortable.

Rapid City Springboard

My family stayed here for 6 nights to see all that the black hills and surrounding areas had to offer. It was located in a nice neighborhood and had local amenities like Safeway (3 minute drive) and Walmart (two under a 15 minute drive) so we could purchase groceries and cook most of our meals. Everything seemed to be recently updated and really was a great place to stay while we visited all the surround national parks. We also liked how close it was to the storybook Island park because it was easily walkable to take our small children to. The owner also responded quickly via messages to any concerns. Overall we plan to come back to Rapid City again in the future and would recommend this house!

Not the best place we've stayed at-but we made the best of it

My daughter has extreme health issues and is highly allergic to mold. I always ask when I book places about mold. There are definitely issues with this home. My daughter had to stay at a hotel while the rest of us stayed at the VRBO. I slept in the basement bedroom and would wake up in the morning and put on fresh clothes but they were damp from being in the basement. I have now suggested to the owner to add dehumidifiers in his basement. I also felt the place wasn't too clean and he said he will address that with his cleaning company. As far as pluses - the owner quickly responded when we incorrectly locked the door and it was resolved instantly. Also the Storybook park nearby is a huge plus as it was super cute. The location was great for us going to Mt. Rushmore, etc.
