KING size master bedroom, 55''TV, and private bathroom. 2nd Floor includes 3-Queen size bedrooms each with 32''TVs and a shared bathroom along with a spacious living room, 65''TV and workstation. Gourmet kitchen, covered porch, new gas grill & dining set. Located 28min from Madera Canyon (Coronado National Forest) & 3min from Shopping Center!

The Neighborhood:
Family and pet friendly neighborhood. Located in "Los Arroyos Community". The community park is located within walking distance. Anamax Park is also 10 min driving distance. There are plenty of new shopping plazas less than 3 min away from house and delicious places to eat.

Getting Around:
The house is located in the first set of houses in Los Arroyos Community. The house offers a two-car garage and a two-car driveway. No parking is allowed on the streets per HOA rules.

Nice house, nice neighborhood

Nice place in a quiet neighborhood. We spent a lot of time away from the house, but it was nice to return there in the evening. The beds were firm but comfortable, and the tabletop arcade was a fun addition. The host helped us book an additional night when travel plans changed. Would come here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Green Valley/ Sahuarita

We had 3 High school friends and their wives sray there near our house. It wad a beautiful home with a master and bathroom downstairs and 3 bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Perfect for our group friends. Nicely furnished, clean, and perfect for us!!! Excellent host communication wyl

Week in Green Valley

Fantastic house! Everything was new and in great shape. My wife and I would go for a walk every morning. We explored the whole neighborhood. It was exceptionally clean and we felt very safe. We loved it!

Short Stay In Tucson

Gabriela is a great host! Her home exceeded the needs of our group staying at her property during our time in Tucson. Even though her property is south of Tucson, it is a very quick drive up into the city. All the cabinets and drawers are well stocked and made cooking breakfast and some evening snacks easy! A great place for the price!

Professionally managed, very clean

It's great to come to a rental that feels like it was made to be a rental. Beds were comfortable, and it was nice for everyone in our family to have their own bed without resorting to a foldout couch. Kitchen was well laid out. Extra points for having both ground coffee and K Cups.

Great Green Valley Location

What a great location to celebrate a family birthday in Green Valley. The house was clean and the kitchen was very well appointed. Neighborhood was quiet. Communication was the owner excellent. Very comfortable.The listing says 15 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. We knew it wasn’t based on pictures. It’s a 4 bedroom and 2 bathroom.Overall

Great place, fully satisfied

House clean, well-maintained, and completely as advertised. Pretty much perfect for our family of 4. Our kids loved the foosball table and basketball game. Easy check-in -- the front door has an electronic lock that the owner presets to the last four digits of your phone number, so no confusion there. One entire cabinet was stocked with clean bath towels of all sizes, which was an absolute godsend. Prompt and cordial communication with owner over my preferred method, email. My one nitpick is there's no remote for the garage door, so we had to come in and out of the house to close it using the button in the garage and then lock the front door manually from the outside. But as I said, just a minor thing.
