Welcome to Geneva! Perfect for families, friends, bachelor & bachelorette groups, our home sleeps up to 12 guests and offers all the amenities of home! Located minutes away from 30+ Grand River Valley Wineries, the famous Geneva-on-the-Lake Strip, beaches and the Historic Ashtabula Harbor, you will always find something to do, grab your friends and we'll see you soon!

Featuring 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, 1 half bathroom, a large eat-in kitchen and a full-size washer and dryer, I know you'll feel comfortable and right at home.

▪️Bedroom #1 with king size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV. Ensuite with walk-in shower and soaking tub.
▪️Bedroom #2 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser and smart TV.
▪️Bedroom #3 with queen size memory foam bed, closet, dresser, and smart TV
▪️Fully stocked linen closet

We provide linens, towels, extra blankets and pillows. We also provide toiletries, dish, laundry and cleaning supplies, a stocked first aid kit and many extra items you might need or forgot to pack!

This rental is complete with self-check-in, Wi-Fi, Roku TVs ALL with Hulu Live, Disney+ and ESPN+, and central AC and heating.

Outside:
▪️Backyard features a charcoal grill (grill utensils are provided by the host) outdoor furniture, and fire pit.
▪️Plenty of parking

❄️Our patios are "winterized" during the cold and snowy months. Typically ranging from November-March. Access to the patio furniture may be limited during these times and are open during the warmer summer/fall months.

☀️Summer is a busy season for the Ashtabula County with most adventures, shops, and restaurants in full swing. During fall and winter seasons, some attractions and restaurants do limit their hours or close completely so please plan your adventures in advance so you may have the best experience!

🚖There is not much from Uber or Lyft in the area. All guests receive 20% off GoGeneva Transportation services when picked up from my property. Private tours are available as well as taxi services to visit local attractions and wineries.

We rented this home and the one next door for our group of 14 and 2 dogs. This property was very clean and neat. TVs in every room, fast WiFi, and a fun fire pit outside. The bedrooms are ample sized and there is a nice front porch with seating. We loved the walking path outside in front of the home. The hosts thoughtfully provided many supplies- paper towels, laundry supplies, garbage bags, hand soap, shampoo…and ample towels and kitchen tools. Highly recommend!

Love the location and the amount of beds. Home needed updated furniture, though. Had some sticky spots on the older carpet. Both sofas were worn and had holes and tears. Unfortunately our mattress pad was stained when we stripped our bed in master bedroom. Would have liked to have more than four plates and a few more accessories e.g. a wine opener and a lighter for the fire pit.

Could use some updates

Overall we enjoyed our stay. The only complaints we had were the fact that the furniture was ripped in many areas. Also we had a child lean against a chair and the siding fell off. Could use some updates.

Family reunion

The property had plenty of sleeping space for all of us. It was clean, and the yard had plenty of space for different activities at one time. The only thing that was a problem is the kitchen didn't have enough pan silverware of all of us. One pan to cook on. Was hoping it was better stocked. Also the refrigerator door didn't have brackets on the shelves so we couldn't use the door to keep things on. Other wise was very happy plenty of towels sheets blankets and pillows.

Superb Location

We had ourselves and two of our children with their family stay with us for viewing the solar eclipse. We took the opportunity to explore the area and experience what Geneva/Cleveland has to offer. The location is convenient to Cleveland, Lake Erie, many parks and a number of wineries. The property was just as advertised and very convenient for day trips.

Excellent Host!! Would stay in one of her places again!

Even tho we were unable to stay in the house we booked; the host was amazing at communicating. She went above and beyond in accommodating our family quickly to another location and making our stay memorable. We can’t say enough about how pleasant it was to work with her. I would 100 percent recommend her or any of her locations.

Perfect for weekend trip

This property was a perfect fit for the needs of my group. The property was clean and exactly as expected according to the photos on the listing. Our hosts were communicative and supplied all the information we needed to have a comfortable stay. We greatly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend booking the property.
