Views to die for! Beachfront updated 2nd floor 1 bedroom 1 bath unit that's a perfect romantic getaway for a couple whether it's your honeymoon or 50th anniversary.
The unit will accommodate up to 4 people with a queen sleeper sofa in living room.
Unit comes complete with a kitchen, with quartz countertops, where you can cook all your meals. or forget the cooking and enjoy the fabulous restaurants that PCB has to offer.
Sunbird offers 3 Pools (one heated), and a gym.

Sorry no pets are allowed except owner pets per HOA.
Only 1 vehicle per unit is allowed during peak seasons. Offsite parking is available if needed. You must purchase parking pass for a one-time fee of $30 through the HOA during office hours or from security after hours. Also, each person must have an arm band, costs of $6 per person over the age of 12.
You must be 25 or older to reserve the unit. If non-compliant the HOA and/or security will ask you to leave, and you will not be refunded, these are HOA rules not ours.
