We had a family get together and all went well. Unit was as advertised, the hosts were welcoming and very responsive. The unit is in a great location to the beach and to all around Coligny. All the extras that the hosts have available in the unit set it apart.

We loved our stay! The property was just what we were looking for and had all the accommodations we needed for the week. Even if we had a question or issue, the owners were very quick to help us. Great location too! If we come back to HHI, we’ll definitely stay here again.

The house over all was good - however, the flooring on the main floor is very uneven and has ridges and cracks that could be dangerous for some people. The main floor bathroom shower knob was loose. The shower knob in the smaller bathroom on the second flower would not turn to hot so the occupant had to take Luke warm showers.As I told the host the sliding door handle in the living room was almost completely off of the door.The hose was clean so there was no problem there. I also realize that there has to be up-keep on the home - however it would be nice to have notice when there will be work performed -especially loud work. And we had to leave early due to the water being turned off.

I apologize for the inconvenience that the community caused by the gutter work and turning off the water for 4 hours, unfortunately they did not give us exact dates for the gutter work and we only received one days notice for the water shut-off, it must have been an emergency repair. I did give you a credit to apologize for the inconvenience. I wish that you had let us know about the problems with the shower knobs, we live nearby and we are always happy to come by and address any issues right away.

This is a lovely place in our favorite area of Hilton Head. It was very clean and well furnished. Having beach towels and beach gear available was a plus. The air conditioning worked very well although we didn’t need it much this time of year. We loved that we could have our dog with us. The WiFi wasn’t always great, but it was usually sufficient. It was a peaceful, fun, relaxing vacation! We would rent here again.

The unit was nice and had most amenities needed. The living room furniture especially needs a refresh. Couch was dirty and cushions were well worn (stuffing). The rug in the main room was dirty. One of the bathroom toilets whistled when it refilled and the Keurig coffee maker wasn’t working well. The community was nice.
