Welcome to our stunning 5-bedroom house on the quiet cul-de-sac in Palm Coast, the perfect place for your getaway with your family or friends.
This house boasts a beautiful Heated pool with a waterfall from a raised spa, perfect for soaking up the Florida sun, and a spacious outdoor dining or relaxation patio. You'll find luxurious and comfortable furnishings, ensuring a relaxing stay.
With five spacious five bedrooms, there's plenty of room for everyone to enjoy their space.
The backyard is perfect for relaxing, with a large patio, comfy seating, and plenty of sunshine for lounging or enjoying a meal outdoors. Lush greenery and soothing water features add to the calming vibe, making it the perfect spot to unwind and escape everyday stress.
Only dogs weighing up to 50 lbs are permitted.

Our well-maintained pool is kept at a comfortable temperature of 88°F. Please note that if the outside temperature drops below 55°F, the pool's warmth may not be sustained due to the heat pump's efficiency being affected. We appreciate your understanding in this matter. The pool includes a small soaking spa for relaxation. While it doesn't have jets or a separate temperature control, it offers a perfect spot to unwind while enjoying the pool.

The guestbook in the house contains important information and house rules that will answer most questions you may have during your stay.

Remember to let us know if you need the baby items, such as a crib, swing, or high chair. We're happy to provide them upon request!

Parking - The City of Palm Coast only allows trailers on the properties for up to 3 days.

Beautiful vacation home!

5 stars all around! Lena, the property manager was amazing and attentive! The neighborhood is great and quiet. The home itself is beautiful and clean. The pool was heated to 95 degrees and amazing! Had all the utensils we needed to cook meals and wash clothes! Highly recommend!! Bravo!

Family fun time

The house and the are awesome! It was hot as one can imagine in Fl in July but the pool colded us off. The covered lanai was great...no bugs. We enjoyed family time together. The beaches are great in Flagler. Thank you again for a awesome vacation

Very happy with my stay. My friends, family , and myself were very happy with this location. The pool could have used cleaning and chemicals sooner. The pool boy came toward the end of our stay but the pool could have used him sooner. This is my only constructive feedback.

Cousins time together "Henfest"

10 female cousins, ages 49-73, got together for a long weekend 7 staying at this Beautiful home and 3 stayed with our cousin that lives locally. We all were immediately impressed with how lovely it was decorated, how clean it was, and then how comfortable we all were in each of our bedrooms. The pool area is truly amazing with many different areas to sit and enjoy time together. The Property manager was very friendly, helpful, and responded quickly answering any of our questions. I've rented many properties and this was one of the very best! Highly recommend this property, you will not be disappointed. We all our hoping to return for our next " Henfest"

Fantastic 5 bedroom home!

We were a group 7 and needed a 5 bedroom home with a heated pool. This house delivered on everything! Lena, the outstanding host, knew in advance my concerns about the temp of the pool and she made sure it was up to temperature prior to our arrival. The outdoor space around the pool is very spacious and is where we spent most of our time. Lena was sure to check in with me via email to make sure the house met our expectations and everything was going fine. I would definitely rent here again and our group is already talking about making this an annual trip.

It was a peaceful time for me because I need this vacation. There have been some sadness in my heart. We loss my son 6 months ago due to an heart attack . He was my baby son of 43 years. This helped me a lot , also my granddaughter enjoyed her self playing in the pool. A lot of relaxing. Thank you

Spacious house in quiet neighborhood

We rented this house for a month in January. The house was so spacious with plenty of room for our guests. Beds were very comfortable-tons of towels, sheets, blankets, pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet and close to shopping and pickleball. The grill had a full tank of propane and was easy to use. Communication with Lena was excellent. We unfortunately experienced unseasonably cold weather for 2 weeks. The "heated" pool couldn't keep up so we were mildly disappointed. I have rented houses in Florida with a heated pool that performed well during colder days so this was disappointing. When the weather warmed up, even though it took a couple days, the pool heated up and we were able to enjoy it. Since I was there for a month, I did a fair amount of cooking. The kitchen was stocked fairly well with condiments and cooking pans but lacked any baking pans (casserole pans, muffin tins, baking dishes, etc.) There was plenty of toliet paper, paper towels, trash bags. This was a very nice property for the price and I would stay there again.
